Relax and unwind with Amelia Island Getaways in this serene oceanfront 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Seagate Villa. One of only 4 properties in this building, this unique getaway at 316 Fletcher Avenue Unit A is a great choice for couple and small families. Immediately upon arrival, you will notice the beachy décor, coastal color scheme, and beautiful views this seaside cottage has to offer. The living area painted a tranquil blue, features a flat screen smart TV, a leather sofa and two chairs, and a gorgeous view of Amelia Island's sandy shore and grassy dunes.

Opposite of the living area lies the bright and airy kitchen. Enjoy the picturesque view while cooking a meal in this bright open space finished off with white cabinetry and countertops along with a beautiful blue mosaic backsplash. A built-in bar area offers seating for four and is built off of the window so you don't have to miss a single second of the magnificent view.

Stepping through the glass slider, you can enjoy the spacious back deck which is truly the highlight of this coastal retreat. Partly covered by the balcony upstairs, you can sip your morning coffee in the shade at the outdoor seating area while watching wildlife such as the gopher tortoise burrowing in the sand dunes. The deck also offers an uncovered area which creates a great place to set up a small baby pool or bask in the warm sunlight before taking a dip in the salt water! The terrace has a table for dining as well with seating for four (2 chairs can be pulled over from the other area to allow seating for 6).

Just down the hall sits the master bedroom boasting a king size bed complete with a wicker headboard, beautiful floral comforter, coastal bamboo chiffonier and flat screen smart TV. The guest bedroom offers a large twin over double white wooden bunk bed, white chest of drawers and flat screen smart TV. Across the hall you will find the shared bathroom decorated with coastal blues and whites and complete with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.

Perfect stay for my daughter and me at Seagate Condo! We loved the deck area and the private access to the beach. The place was spotless and decorated so cute. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. It was a great bonus to find beach chairs available during our stay, especially since they were not listed. Highly recommend!

Very cozy and clean beach house, our family really enjoyed our stay there. The management team was very responsive. The A/C stopped the working one evening, they send a repair crew to fix the problem within 15 mins after we reported it. Thank you!

perfect vacation home

Amelia Island was a perfect vacation place for us: welcoming to tourists without being overly "touristy." Our condo had all the amenities we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and convenient to hiking, biking and kayaking, and restaurants galore. The condo was clean and well cared-for; the property manager was very attentive.

Great Amelia Island location

We had an amazing time at this location. The house was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, the house was beautiful and there was nothing that we needed. The property was furnished with everything that you needed for a five night stay without having to run to the store for basic essentials. Thank you to the property owner and management company as they checked in on us several times to ensure our stay was perfect.

Great Location - Bad Weather

Great beach front location. Yet no visibility of the ocean from the apartment because of the dunes. Nothing to do with the apartment, but the ocean waves were very strong and windy. So, we could not get in the water. In general, everything else worked really good.

Family time

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was clean and comfortable and the best part, it was right next to the beach. Even though we could not see it, we could get to it quickly. Much of our time was spent in the water. Very close to Ft. Clinch. And very close to supermarkets. Interaction with the company was very good, they sent someone out for a broken dishwasher and even though the problem was not able to be fixed, we appreciated their prompt response to us. One thing to note that was not clear in the description of the property; in the two bedrooms, one has a king bed, and the other has a bunk bed with a single on the top and a double bed on the bottom, there is also a pullout couch in the living room. This will help future families plan sleeping arrangements. Overall we had a great time!

Great memories!

Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Short hop over the dunes to the beach right of the back deck. Great waking up and having breakfast on the deck while the sun rises. Short drive to downtown and plenty of rental companies on the island for water sports.

Memorial Day Stay

We stayed in Unit A and had an incredible stay. All the comforts of home for what we needed to eat in, sleep and just over the dune walk to the beach. The beach area for a holiday weekend was very private. Having neighbors was not a big deal either. We will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit!

Perfect for our family

We had a great week here. This property was perfect for our family. The easy access to the beach from this property was amazing. With an infant, we had a lot of stuff to carry out onto the beach and this property made that so easy since it’s basically on the beach. This was a huge advantage with the baby as well because we were able to just take him back inside for naps instead of trying to get him to sleep on the beach. The patio was also a great place to hangout and eat on nights we ordered takeout. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the place, y'all!

My sister and I (two 65+ women) stayed in this adorable property for 4 nights and wished it could have been for longer. When planning this short vacation to Amelia Island, we had two priorities: 1) right on the beach (most important by far) and 2) close to town. This place fit the bill. The short walk over the dunes to the beach to watch the sunrise and walk the beach in the evening absolutely made this the best place for us. We didn't know Shrimp Fest would be happening when we made our plans. It was fun to go into town for that, then escape back to this peaceful spot. It's clean, comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, great communication with property managers. We loved it!

Girls Get Away

We had a wonderful time! Made side trips to Savannah and St Augustine. Visited downtown Fernandina and thought it quite charming. Would highly recommend this unit.

Fernindina Beach

We wanted to get a short break away and reset. This was a perfect stay for my husband and I. We were able to ride bikes on the island. I actually ran a race on the Saturday we were there. Great little downtown area to walk around in, as well as some amazing restaurants.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect for our family. Super clean comfortable beds. My son loved his room with the old school gaming system! The condo is close to a lot of things. We loved that it was right on the water. I apprenticed the company checking in on us. I have never had that with any other VRBO. We will be returning!

Relaxing

Overall the property is good. The mattress needs replacing. There is something sharp on the edge and the mattress pad didn't cover it. I don't remember the person I spoke with, but seemed very nice....we even got a phone call after we checked in to make sure everything was okay. We will be back for sure.
