This is a comfortable, well-located spot on Amelia Island rather than a newly renovated one, and it delivers where it counts: a genuine oceanfront view, a short walk to the beach, and easy access to the community pool and clay tennis courts. Self check-in means no waiting around after a long drive.

The shaded balcony opens off both the living room and the bedroom, so the ocean view is part of the space from more than one room. It's a peaceful spot to watch the waves and listen to the surf.

This is not a pet-friendly property. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. This is a third-floor unit with elevator access; the property is not wheelchair accessible. Parking is open (unassigned), with no fee. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year, just a message or a call away.
