The view and location to the beach was superior! It was nice to have beach chairs and a nice pool available to us. Very quiet area, traffic was pretty easy. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean, the highlight of our entire trip. Things that could be improved, the mattress! Some updates to the unit would be nice, like cracks to the plaster around the windows. If you could put in an apartment size stacked washer and dryer in the large walk in closet, would be wonderful. We are also in our 60s, so it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we were going to have to haul all our luggage up the stairs to the top floor, and please put a tag on the pool keys, so we know what they are for. My husband and I would definitely go back.

The condo was on the 4th floor, we had an amazing view from the balcony. We probably would have packed a little lighter had we known there was not an elevator. The condo was very clean, decorated nicely. The bed was a queen, very cozy. There were a few things that needed work. Some of the light in the kitchen didn’t work. The bathroom needed a working exhaust fan, some touch up painting on the walls. The hand rails on the stair case needs some sanding and paint. Just little details that would make the condo better. All in all we had a terrific time. The condo is near many Resturants, beach accessed, parking in the allotted span e was too small for our vehicle so we used the reversed spaces instead. We definitely would come back with less luggage. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked very inviting.

Quick visit to Jax Beach

This place was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is because of a few minor things. I was told the washer/dryer were on the first floor. I never found them. The glassware was limited, no wine/cocktail glasses. And, we were only given 2 washcloth for 4 nights. However, the view makes up for the minor issues. I would come back and recommend it.

Off to a rough start

The property had a 4pm check in. We arrived at about 6pm and the linens were dirty and on floor, tub was scummy, bed linens were unclean and unmade ( thank goodness so we didnt sleep in it), dog hair all over couch, pillows smelled of animal urine, light bulbs missing, broken blind, broken toilet handle, balcony doors wide open, and Tv was messed up. There was free laundry and my cleaning fee was reimbursed. The location was great, but the park next door to get to the beach smelled of animal urine and there were a few bums sleeping on beach at night. The view from room was perfect and quiet as I expected and listed in vrbo description except one night there was a party at public locked gated pool. Someone hired a singer for 3-4 hours and the party continued with smoking and drinking and many people( only one had a key). Apparently that is allowed by hoa, but not vrbo. It was disruptive to the quiet we wanted from the community to get away from tourist traps that are always loud. Parking was perfect. Not many restraunts in area aside from Dockside and Dolly llama ice cream heading toward st augustine...highly recommend those. The weatger was perfect and publix was not far so we could cook. The grill on property in charcoal. The pool people were there often and did a great job! No cockroaches so plus on that!

I would come back to this exact condo any time. Mandy and her staff were phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly. Everything is so easily accessible. The condo was PERFECT for what I needed. I will be back.

Great Unit/Location

This unit itself is perfect for a couple or even a few friends. Right on the beach, great views, restaurants and shops are close, clean and nicely decorated. I had to communicate a good bit with the Prop Mgr on the front end and she responded to texts quickly and answered the phone when I called. Overall, great stay and would do it again.

Great clean property with nice direct ocean view in the heart of Jax beach. Not giving 5 stars since there was no elevator and this unit is on the 4th floor. No dishwasher or washer/dryer either.

Great beach condo

This is such a cute condo for one or two people. Kitchen is equipped and views are amazing. Beach access is very close and we had a wonderful time. Will rent again.
