Although this property is clean and has some decent amenities, there are some maintenance issues. For instance, more than one washer or dryer in the laundry room was out of order at all times, and water from leaky washers crept under the wall into the fitness room. The pool was closed during our entire two week stay. The door to our bathroom dragged on the floor, and the tp holder hung down at an angle.
In addition, the front desk and housekeeping staff didn't seem to have good communication. We changed rooms immediately upon arriving, and it took four days and repeated inquiries from us to get things sorted so that the housekeeping staff included our room in their rounds.
The location is convenient, the beds are comfortable, and the afternoon meal three days a week is a nice perk. The desk is generous, which made it much easier for my husband to work during our stay.
