After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor. "The bed slept well, I liked having a kitchenette in the room. The only concern I had was during breakfast, there was ONE waffle maker, and about 30 persons eating breakfast. All other breakfast items were pre made and they looked fine."

Then I was told that someone else had checked in under my name but my credit card was not used. I was given another reservation. The room was clean but had many issues. The air conditioner did not work and the drain in the sink did not drain well. There was damage to the floor . walls and bathroom door. The luggage rack was broken as was a curtain. We did not eat breakfast there...
