"The room was in a beautiful location overlooking the Kentai Bridge. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Had a very authentic Japanese Inn feel, really enjoyed this place. The breakfast was definitely traditional Japanese."

"チェックインの対応からスタッフの方々とても丁寧で、何よりWELCOMEソフトクリーム担当の方には笑顔で対応して頂けて嬉しかったです。お部屋も綺麗で海側の上層階にして頂けたので厳島神社が眺められて景色も素晴らしかったです。食事も和洋膳の先付け、お刺身、広島牛と海鮮の鉄板焼だけでも充分美味しかったのにハーフバイキングで天ぷらや鯛めし等とても美味しく頂けてお腹いっぱいなりました。
大浴場も綺麗で広く、露天風呂もよかったです。何よりシャンプーが選べるシャンプーバーに湯上がりにはアイスにドリンクのサービスまであり堪能出来ました。宮島観光を楽しみに来ましたがホテルでこ れだけゆっくり楽しめて大満足な旅となりました。また広島観光の時には宿泊させて頂きたいです。"

Desde el hotel vimos el Tori todo el tiempo. El cuarto impecable hermoso y muy cómodo. La tina con vista al mar fue increíble. Una gran experiencia. El personal del hotel muy amable."
