"Everything about this property and the staff was fabulous. We had traditional breakfast and supper that were prepared and served flawlessly. Every dish and bite was flavorful and varied. There was an incredible variety of flavors, colors and textures. We had supper served in our room and it was a beautiful personal touch, with the servers explaining every dish and we were able to enjoy it as a relaxed, easy pace. "We loved staying here. The view of Itsukushima's torii gate, the mountains and the rest of Miyajima are beautiful. The kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious, and the public bath was clean and tidy. We had access to a private bath (by appointment), but were too tired to take advantage. There was also a gift shop downstairs with local gifts. The staff were helpful and friendly, and also dropped us off at the ferry at the end of our stay."

"Large room compared to other hotels in other cities. Very clean, beautiful ocean view with free drinks (only on certain hours). We only stayed for one night after touring around Miyajima, but was very impressed, and wished we stayed longer. There is a Shuttle Bus that takes you to and from the Miyajimaguchi Station to the Hotel! That is very convenient! "
