"Paddock house was a lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean vacation home in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Ithaca. The host Michael was accessible and helpful. The location is great for families - walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds, and museums. Would stay here again!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Clean and cozy. All necessities are supplied. Couple sticky doors and the deck could use a fresh coat of stain but no big deal. Would stay again. Close to everything the area offers "

"We stayed at this property for a reunion with our Canadian family members. The house had erythi everything we needed and was lovely. Although it rained and was cold most of the weekend, we were able to use the backyard firepit in between rain drops. We had a wonderful time."

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"Perfect apartment for a quick stay. We only ate breakfast in the unit and it was ideal for that. Great coffee! Nice location and it was easy to get around from there. The owners definitely paid attention to detail and the place was very clean. "

"Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. Close enough to take quick breaks between activities but far enough to feel away from “the grind.” Will definitely be back!"

"The hosts of this property have poured a lot of love into their beautiful home. It was exactly as described and an absolutely amazing location. You're right on the water, minutes from downtown with lots of options, and of course you're in wine country with no shortage nearby. You can also hear a waterfall right nearby and see it at the top of the driveway. It is steep, but well worth the steps! "This house is clean and well equipped, conveniently located not far from Ithaca up the west side of Cayuga Lake. The hosts have carefully anticipated guests' needs. We especially appreciated the string lights bordering one side of the property that made finding the driveway in the dark easy. The house is back off the road and surrounded by mowed lawn with a pond and woods in the back. The kitchen, bedrooms, sitting areas and baths are all furnished nicely, with quality appliances, AC units and...

"My husband and I stayed here for a short trip to spend some time at lake Cayuga and go hiking. The space was comfortable, and clean. Great outside space, our dog loved watching the birds and deer come around. Kitchen is well supplied, which we took advantage of and cooked for ourselves. Easy quick drives to Ithaca, lake Cayuga, and multiple waterfall hikes. It was a very relaxing trip- just what we needed!! "
