"The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated farmhouse in a beautiful off the beaten path country setting. Close to many finger lake attractions, a short drive to Pann Yen restaurants and just over an hour to Ithaca. The home was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with items for cooking/baking. There was a nice coffee maker, w/plenty of Keurig pods and sugar/creamer packs provided. The filtered water cooler and outdoor hot tub was a big plus! The place was so new, it still had some smells...

"We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful lake home with amazing waterfront views. The home is beautiful, immaculate with tons of hangout places inside and out, and fully stocked with towels, bed linen, and kitchen items. We fully utilized everything with tons of cooking, dining and water sports like kayaking and paddle boarding. Wonderful time!"

"The house was freshly cleaned when I arrived. Kitchen had all the tools we needed and the flow of the home was well suited for a group of 8. The beds were very comfortable. Although it wasn't needed for my stay, there are window units for AC and baseboard heaters for the house. The guys all got in the hot tub and had a great time. Parking is across the street. It is ample but may take you a few trips to get everything inside. The hosts were extremely accommodating and we had a wonderful stay!"

"Check In was absolutely seamless. The home was so perfect for our large group of adults and children of different ages. The older boys loved the pool table and the younger ones enjoyed the hot tub.
