Bright and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. Fenced in back yard with covered outdoor space with lots of seating and a dining area. Propane and charcoal grills available. Small swing-set Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with basic amenities. A started kit of toiletries and kitchen essentials is provided. Free WiFi and cable included. Central air and heating for your comfort. This apartment is located in the middle of Seneca lake and Cayuga lake wine trails. Quiet country setting.

Lovely home away from home

This was a wonderful home away from home. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the comforts of home and then some. I have never seen a rental stocked with so much food. The manager/owner thought of everything that a guest might need. Clean, well decorated, comfortable. I could not have asked for better. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 20 minutes from Ithaca College. If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further.

This was our 3rd stay. It's just outside Ithaca, within 15 minutes of both colleges. Quiet country setting. Will return again if available in August for move back in.

Wonderful, quiet getaway in quaint apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my dog. I arrived later in the evening than I anticipated and Mary messaged me to say she had left the lights on which was super helpful in the dark. It was so quiet, comfortable, and she provided snacks and condiments! I wish I could've stayed longer, it was a great homebase after hiking around at the different state parks (which were so close!). It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you!

An adorable, well-appointed apartment outside Ithaca

Spent a long weekend in the apartment to go hiking in the nearby parks. Apartment was clean, well-appointed, and easy to access. Hosts couldn't have been more responsive or easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

Returning to College

This was my second stay. This time I was bringing my daughter back after Christmas break. Place is less than 15 minutes from Ithaca College but out of the city. This will be my go to over the next 3 1/2 years.

Nicely decorated and cozy apartment

This is our third time at this property because of the large fenced in backyard for our dogs. The hosts are quick to respond and fully stock the kitchen and bathroom. It is nicely decorated and feels very cozy, even in the winter months. We will definitely stay here again!

Family days Ithaca College

Came with my mother in law for family days. My daughter is at Ithaca College. We had a great stay even though my daughter & I both had colds. The thoughtfulness of our host made our stay out of this world! We were able to make a homemade dinner for my daughter & a classmate. It's close enough to town but far enough to feel peaceful. Will stay again!!!

Great place close to Ithaca

This was my 2nd stay at this Air B&B. Everything is so clean and nice here. There is everything you can need - snacks,drinks, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste! About 20 min drive to Cornell. This is lovely place.

A wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. Everything about it was wonderful, from the views, to the supplies provided by the owner, to the apple orchard just down the road. We would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Country Coziness

Well stocked, comfortable little apartment! Although it's in the middle of nowhere (drove right by it the first time because signal isnt great in the area), we found it had lots of little extras to help settle in right away. Games for the kids, condiments in the fridge. We enjoyed the electric fireplace and the bunk beds for the kids! Thanks for making our rainy stay feel cozy! Its a reasonable drive to Watkins Glen and parks around Ithaca.

Great quiet private top floor; everything was very clean and cute; decent amounts of space; the kitchen was incredibly stocked and it really contributed to me feeling at home. The countryside nearby was beautiful, and I was only about 15-20 minutes from Ithaca / Cayuga lake and 25-30 minutes from Watkins Glen and Seneca lake, for easy day trips or even drives up and down along the lakes. The hosts communicated promptly and well, and there were no issues getting inside or with the property while I was there. Thank you so much for everything!

Come for the peace stay for the ease

This beautiful home offers exactly what you need if you're looking for some peace from the day to day. This is our second time staying here. The location is beautiful and out of the way, but only 20 mins to downtown Ithaca. You are also close to State Parks and wineries. The ambiance is stunning. Emily and Mary made their home so comfortable and thought of everything to add a little more ease to your stay. They had a pantry of snacks, eggs, pancakes and milk. We didn't need to rush to the store for breakfast upon our arrival. The home is incredibly clean and there are wonderful games and toys for kids. This is deft one of my favorite VRBOs. Thank you. Awesome!

This property was beautiful! Everything was clean and comfortable. The backyard was large and perfect for a fire or grilling. The scenery was great, and it was a quick ride to buttermilk, treman and watkins glen. There were snack provided, which the kids loved. We are already planning our return visit!

We had a great time exploring the Fingerlakes region. Lots of beautiful walks & waterfalls nearby. Ithaca is lovely, too. Apartment is cozy & comfy. Garden is big and great w barbecue!

Fantastic option close to Ithaca!

Let me start by saying that this lovely property is an easy drive from Ithaca, as that is probably your target. It’s very clean, aesthetic, and well-appointed. The hosts supplied coffee, milk, eggs, butter, and a whole lot of breakfast items and snacks, so it’s no problem that the nearest convenience store is 8 minutes away. The place was very quiet: no street noise, no neighbor noise. Mary kindly accommodated our request for late checkout. All was great!

Getaway for a relaxing stay

This property delivered in ways I didn’t even know I wanted or needed. We arrived fairly stressed (nothing to do with the property and everything to do with our dogs and sitter back home). We hadn’t even gotten a chance to do more than hit a gas station on the way, yet when we walked in late there were a couple of lights on, and milk, eggs and other items already stocked. Even the shower had the essentials needed, we barely unpacked that first night. After things settled down for us, our 4-year old had a BLAST exploring her room with all the toys and games already in evidence, plus multiple beds to bounce around. The room even had a sound machine and night lights for her use if needed. Our room was just as fulfilling with its well appointed decorations. Everything throughout smelled fresh and clean. On our last day we made it out to the yard. Our daughter called it the ‘park.’ There is the sand box, slide and swings, and yard toys to keep occupied. We didn’t get a chance to grill out, or use the fire lit, or really relax under the canopy, but that was due to the rainy weather. The only issue, if you can call it that, are the stools for use in the kitchen. Our daughter has a hard time sitting still, so she kept falling off the stools. Ah well lol! All in all, we found this rental to be everything we didn’t even KNOW we needed or wanted. Highly recommend this thoughtfully put together apartment.

Perfect family place

We found the apartment easy to check into, and great layout for the kids. Our boys enjoyed the bunk beds and found the little kid toys very entertaining! We really appreciated the supplies in the fridge- so we didn’t need to buy basic condiments and what we didn’t expect- milk and eggs!
