Room was OK, but maintenance is not good: shower walls had a door (glass) almost to the point of falling, so I had to fix it; shower was almost broken and the upper part (rain drop) did not work. The door of the balcony almost fell when we opened, so we opted for not using the balcony (very good view, but not usable, as we were afraid it would fall off when opening again). But the worst part of it was the lack of food food and good service, to the point that they did not even pick the garbage from the bathroom, neither clean the room, nor changing the towels while we were out, so we decided to use it only for sleeping. We asked for extra pillows (my wife has back problems), and although they said they could not give us the number of pillows we asked for, they promise to give us at least a couple, which they forgot on the first night, so my wife could not sleep that night. In conclusion, I would say we had a very bad experience at this…hotel? This is the first time we encounter a situation like this, so against our desire, we had to write this review so other people are aware. I hope management of the hotel takes this review into consideration and improves all mentioned situations, so the hotel thrives and it is sought by tourists; we mean no harm, but to make them aware of the issues and proceed to fix them.
