Villa located 2 km from the city [GPS coordinates: 36. 77694-14,92190] and 4.5 km from the sea of Santa Maria del Focallo, (blue flag and 2018 green flag) whose beach is totally free and has a length total of about 13 km, its sand is golden and very thin, so your children will be delighted to make sand castles.
It is suitable for both families and young people who would like to spend a few days at the beach but also to admire the historical, artistic and culinary beauties of south-eastern Sicily. The house is in fact just a few kilometers away from the main baroque cities, in fact it is about 15 km from Modica (a famous chocolate town), 20 km from Scicli (a well-known baroque city which is also home to the set of the popular series de "Il Commissario Montalbano"), 20 km from Noto (cradle of the baroque) and from the natural reserve of Vendicari, 55 km from the city of Syracuse and the island of Ortigia, 100 km from the airport of Catania and 50 from that of Comiso.
The bedroom is air-conditioned, while the children's / kitchen bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. The summer house is composed of a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bidet, a double bedroom, two bunk beds and one with single bed, flat-screen TV and washing machine, free parking.
Outside you can enjoy a large veranda where you can relax during the summer evenings and enjoy the splendid panorama of the city and in the garden you can relax in the hottest hours of the day.
Total absence of traffic as the house is accessed from a private road.

Lovely stay in ispica

Michele and his wife are very friendly people, the pool is fantastic, the garden very well maintained, a wonderful view above the city and the apartment with outdoor kitchen & living room is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay a lot and wish we would have stayed there the entire stay in sicily. Furthermore the apartment is great located and close to the beach and nearby nice towns. Thanks!

Ispica 2024

Nous avons passé 17 jours chez Michele et Angela qui sont vraiment très accueillants et facilitent toutes les démarches et tracas. Michele vous fera découvrir son huile d'olive, les figues de Barbarie toutes préparées etc. Le logement est bien situé et permet de visiter la région facilement, bien entretenu avec évidemment la piscine qui est appréciable pour se rafraîchir. Très bon séjour

Parfait. L’emplacement est très bien et les propriétaires très sympathique. Ils nous ont offert des fruits, des légumes, et préparé des plats siciliens. Très gentils.

Fully-equipped house with great pool on an old farm close to all highlights in southeast Sicilia

We had a great time at the house of Michele. First of all, the house is perfectly located close to the highway, the city of Ispica, the beach, etc. As it is in the middle of an old farm, it is at the same time quite and green. The house itself is fully equipment, in very good condition and perfect for a family. Our son loved the bed "in the wardrobe". The highlight is the huge pool in best condition. All this is already worth 5 stars, but really, the owner Michele is then worth a six one: already before the trip, but then during the whole vacation, he is available to support you or surprises you with little things such as food from the farm, etc. Overall, a great place to have a good vacation in the southeast of Sicilia.

Vacanza in Sicilia

Abbiamo soggiornato durante le 2 settimane centrali di Agosto in questa bella casa, comoda, pulita, accessoriata e situata in zona tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile. Il posto è molto curato con un bellissimo giardino e una fantastica piscina. Dalla veranda e dalla piscina è possibile godere di un panorama mozzafiato sulla città di Ispica: i tramonti sono da cartolina. La posizione strategica consente di visitare agevolmente tutta la Sicilia sud orientale. È stato inoltre un vero piacere conoscere i propietari Angela e Michele che abitano nella casa attigua: sono persone estremamente disponibili, cordiali e molto discrete. 5 stelle meritatissime. Consigliatissimo. Camilla e Alberto.

Komfortable Unterkunft für eine Familie mit herzlichen Gastgeber

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, äußerst sauber und angenehm. Ein toller sauberer Pool, eine große schattige Terrasse mit Bananenpalmen und Blick auf die Stadt auf dem Hügel. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet, die Betten in der Küche sind eine super Lösung! Der Gastgeber und seine Ehefrau sind sehr sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich, aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und sogar mit selbstgemachten Granite ua. beglückt! Herzlicher geht es nicht!

Tolle Lage, tolles Anwesen mit ein paar Abstrichen

Wir waren 2 1/2 Wochen Anfang September dort. Das Haus ist klein, was uns bewusst war, gepflegt & der Garten mit dem großen Pool wunderbar. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus eigentlich größer, jedoch steht ein direkt angrenzender Bereich nicht zur Vermietung. Dieser ist dem Besitzer vorbehalten. Man muss damit rechnen, dass dieser Abends auch mal mit seiner Familie vorbei kommt um dort gemeinsam zu essen oder ähnliches. Das kam während unseres Aufenthaltes 1x vor. (Das ging aus der Beschreibung leider nicht hervor) Unser Hund, genau so wie wir, haben die Zeit draußen sehr genossen. Da es aber nicht eingezäunt ist, muss man sein Haustier IMMER im Blick haben, denn das Gebiet ringsum ist riesig. Der Ausblick auf Ispica ist wundervoll (egal ob am Tag oder am Abend/Nacht). Man hat (grundsätzlich) keine Nachbarn um sich herum. Nur der Bruder des Hausbesitzers hat nebenan ebenfalls ein Grundstück, wo er jeden Morgen am arbeiten ist/war. Im Haus selbst war alles nötige vorhanden. Lediglich der Backofen hat nicht funktioniert. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren leider extrem hart. Ein Topper könnte einem erholsamen Schalf sehr gut Abhilfe schaffen. Das einzigst "störende" war, dass der Besitzer jeden Morgen kam, um den Pool zu reinigen, oder um irgendwelche Arbeiten im Garten oder am Dach zu erledigen. Entweder wurde man dadurch wach (wenn man mal länger hätte schlafen können) oder wurde dadurch beim Frühstück auf der Terasse "gestört". Michele war ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Vor & während des Urlaubes immer ansprechbar und zur Stelle, wenn man irgendwelche Fragen/Nöte hatte! :) Mit kleinen Abstrichen, wie oben beschrieben & die Ansichtssache sind, kann man dort dennoch einen wundervollen Urlaub genießen!
