"Actually, we had a terrible time as the shower was not working properly for two full days. First, we had only hot to extremely hot and got burned. Then after plumber attempted to fix the 3rd day, we had no water and had to call him back. It was finally fixed but it was extremely disappointing. Additionally, one of the reasons and prerequisite I booked at your hotel was to use the indoor pool which was not available the whole weekend/time of our stay. I dont think I will return and would like to...

"Floors were stinky when they mopped. But the biggest issue is the key cards kept not working. Staff had to change the batteries multiple times and was pretty inconvenient when it was late at night and were just wanting to get into the room"
