Luminoso de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños condominio frente al mar! directo a la playa y acceso a la piscina desde el balc��n privado. Cocina totalmente equipada recientemente renovado para el 2014! Nuevas encimeras de granito y gabinetes nuevos! Comedor para ocho personas. La sala de estar ofrece muebles cómodos, un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y acceso al balc����n. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama King, baño privado completo con ba��era de jardín y ducha a ras de suelo, TV con VCR y DVD, y acceso directo al balcón. Primera habitación cuenta con 2 camas gemelas y un televisor y comparte un ba��o completo con la sala. La segunda habitación tiene una cama doble y un televisor y un baño privado completo. El acceso a la piscina de la comunidad! Wi-Fi. Ropa de cama. No Fumar.

Bright Lights

We had a great time and enjoyed the property but the 2 bedrooms on the front of the unit need black out curtains or shades. The lights on the landing and the walkway are so bright, we could not sleep. It was daylight in our room all night.

It's showing signs of age, as doors crashing into each other and is in DESPERATE need of updating. Fridge door won't stay open, or it crashes into the pantry door WIDE open. small issues, nothing major. I'd stay there again, if a lot of the little things are fixed, and updating of furniture.

Reviewer Comments: Island Realty is great to work with and we love the location of Condo.A couple of suggestions about Condo, it could use new living room furniture for us older people getting up and down from couch. 2nd suggestion is to make instruction sheets for each TV. We spend hours getting them going each time. This last time we had to reconnect every connection on one TV. The kitchen is awesome. The location is perfect! Thanks for allowing us to use this condo on our vacations. We are frequent renters.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is likely the best at the beach. Close to everything, steps from balcony right to the pool. Restaurants, bars, coffee all in walking distance. The only negative were the doors. In the kitchen, the fridge door would slam into the wall if you didn't hold it. Most kitchen cabinets did the same. In the master, the closet door wouldn't shut and would open on its own, the bathroom door wouldn't shut because it was warped and jammed into the frame. If it wasn't for that, the place us perfect. Clean, huge, comfortable furniture, great view. It's a really nice playto stay.

Reviewer Comments: Our flight came in early so we had to wait at the Dingy, luckily we were able to get in earlier than expected. Make sure you ask for early checkin. The girl at the front desk was able to check with housekeeping to see if our condo was ready and it was. We were on the 1st floor with good views however we were directly over the pool,luckily this time of year the pool wasn't used much. The beach is beautiful. The views of sunrise and sunset are amazing. IOPizza across the street has excellent pizza! Highly recommend it. We did need to uber into Charleston for sightseeing but if you're ok to have a quiet relaxing week away at the beach this is your place. Excellent girls trip!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location at but Unit 107 at 1140 Ocean Blvd needs a serious overhaul. Basics such as dishwasher, oven and dryer all suffer from age issues. Overall the unit is charming but these equipment shortcomings creat a less than satisfactory rental. Updating is mandatory if this is to become an asset to Island Realty.For our December stay the broken ( not to be used) elevator didn’t help. Having outlined the unit issues we still need to say that the island Realty maintenance staff were outstanding in their responses and help. Our rental representative was also helpful and understanding which we very much appreciate.We love this Isle of Palms location. We’ve appreciated our multiple rentals from Island Realty. Unfortunately this unit fell more than a bit short.

Three items that need to be addressed: 1. The shower drain in the front left bedroom doesn't drain ( it had issues last year too) 2. The dishwasher doesn't close well, and doesn't always clean the dishes ( same issues as last year) 3. The vacuum cleaner in the unit doesn't have good suction.

The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Being right on the ocean and overlooking the pool and beach was awesome. Island realty was absolutely great to deal with. We had an issue with our dryer and they were quick to get someone in fix it. I highly recommend Island Realty.
