Luxury 11 Bedroom 10.5 Bath Vacation Home with unparalleled amenities. The Sea Palace is a landmark on the Isle of Palms. Private Pool and Hot Tub, Elevator, Putting Green, Spacious Porches with Ocean Views and an amazing roof top deck. Location convenient to the IOP Marina and easy beach access.

Well appointed home with spacious bedrooms and upgraded baths. Gourmet Kitchen is well stocked and features Sub Zero Refrigerator and a large wrap around bar perfect for entertaining. Dining area is quite spacious with seating for 26. Pantry with additional Refrigerator and Sink adjoining the laundry room.

Incredible Cabana Room located off the pool deck with 2 large sofas, Large Screen TV, Billiard Table and a private bath. Plenty of chaise lounges on the pool deck along with a new gas grill and outdoor refrigerator for those afternoon BBQ's.

Ground level amenities include a large putting green "sure to be the families favorite memory" and a ping pong table located in the garage. This amazing property Sleeps 26 and is only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

This house was the PERFECT family vacation spot! We had 22 people and enjoyed the house immensely. We were able to cook together, eat together, and still be able to be on our own if we wanted. It was just what we needed!

We had a great stay for my MIL’s birthday party. Plenty of space for a large group to hang out and an easy walk to the beach. Great pool area as well. The elevator was a bonus for the older people in the group. Highly recommend!

This house could easily be 5 stars with some TLC.Pros: House was large, plenty of room for our multigenerational vacation. Plenty of bathrooms, close to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were a great amenity. The starter supplies were helpful before we shopped, and the kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of fun spaces such as the pool table and putting green. Owners were very communicative and the check in and out instructions were clear. Three fridges was also a bonus and an icemaker. Patio furniture was terrific and sturdy and I'd love to find it and buy it myself! Linens were clean. Plenty of televisions, and the tables were large enough for everyone to play games together and share meals. Cons: A lot of the house was worn. Soft spots on the balconies when walking, tiles missing from the pool, and screws sticking out of the deck. Cleaning crew did a surface clean, but the house could use a deep clean. The dining table left the dishes black when we wiped it down on arrival. Couches need replacing, the upstairs sectional doesn't attach and only one seat reclines. Downstairs couches are cozy but worn, with fabric covering the wear. Overall, we gave it 4 stars for the location, size, and quality owners. With a little elbow grease and a few updated items, this is a magnificent house that needs a facelift to be a real standout!

Wonderful Thanksgiving on the Island!

The house was absolutely made for the multi-generational family group we hosted for Thanksgiving. There were plenty of bedrooms and opportunities for privacy, but also a well-equipped kitchen and catering kitchen and beautiful great room.

Needs some tender, loving care

Exterior of house needs a lot of work. Landscaping needs work. Interior needs to thoroughly be cleaned. Throw rugs need to be thrown away. They’re dirty. Elevator needs a vent and it’s filthy roaches in the kitchen. Kitchen is very well stocked, which is a plus. Faucet and kitchen had a terrible leak, crossing the owner access money no stopper in the jetted tub. Hot water is a problem very random. No one seems to understand but the issues are because we did call and someone came out. I do not think that’s the first time they had a complaint on that. Poole has tiles missing. There are some screws on the deck that could cut feet. In its day this house was lovely. It is a shame it is not getting Any tender, loving care.

Family Beach Trip

23 of us spread over four generations thoroughly enjoyed the week at Sea Palace! Location was great and home was perfect for us to host our six children, their spouses and paternal grandmother as well as their 8 children.

Excellent Family Reunion

We brought 22 adults, ages 18-83, together for a 5 day weekend for our grandmother’s 80th birthday. With 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, plus a spacious entertaining set up and 3 large refrigerators the house was ideally suited for a large group like ours. Note that the house has many stairs as it’s on many levels, but it has an elevator. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the Jacuzzi did not heat, the pool pump made A LOT of noise, and the ice maker was on the fritz, and these things were not attended to despite multiple calls to the rental agent. We still had a great weekend, but fixing those would have made it perfect.

New Years with our family

The house is as advertised. Very functional and convenient for a big family trying to enjoy some quality time with each other but big enough where you aren't in everyone's space all the time. Plenty to do, including a nice pingpong table and billard table, functional entertainment (TV/Speakers/etc) in all rooms and a nice big kitchen for the family to huddle up with. Beach is located very close and pretty much all the things you need (grocery store, restaurant, coffee) are very close. It's a little dated in terms of furniture and kitchen ware but I think for a large group, it's very functional.

Large and comfortable!

We had a party of 20 staying together for our daughter's wedding in Charleston. The house is spacious and comfortable. We loved the large kitchen and dining area. They had plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and serving trays. The two dishwashers were nice to have. There is a large butler's pantry with an extra refrigerator and a third refrigerator in the garage. The billiards room is huge, and there was a ping pong table in the garage as well. The elevator came in handy for bringing up groceries and for the less mobile. They provided plenty of towels as well as soaps, shampoo, etc. A little bit of advice: If you don't plan to use the hot tub, ask for the rental charges for it to be removed before you check in. With 11 bedrooms and 20 people, we wrote down who goes in which room on slips of paper and left them at the bedroom doors. One minor thing to improve is the gas cooktop did not put out a large flame. When cooking for 20, it needs to.

Family Wedding

The house size is amazing ! Nice size bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. BUT the house looks very tired. The Landscaping is awful and dead. Pealing paint everywhere - some lights didn’t work, etc. Not all appliances worked. Rental company was good. And brought water and ice to compensate. Had a bathroom sink/shower leak that my brother had to fix. The house just needs some love and care !

Underwhelmed FriendsGiving Experience

My friends and I rented the rental at 4101 Palm Blvd and within a few hours of being on our vacation we ran into some major problems along with a few overlooked details for our of town guests. The two major issues with the home began with the 1st floor HVAC failing. With it being a cold raining weekend not having the 1st floor ( that hosts the majority of bedrooms ) working was unsettling. The hot water on the 1st floor was also inadequate. The housekeeping service overlooked several cobwebs on the 1st floor .. couch crumbs on the 3rd floor and the TVs did not operate in several of the bedrooms ( the master bedroom on the 2nd floor to be exact). The smell on the 1st floor was alarming when my guest arrived, requiring air fresheners to be placed, so that there would be no offense. Cleanliness continued to be in question because the utensil drawer under the coffee maker has unidentifiable sticky stains through out the drawer and on the large utensils. Lastly, the lack of organization for utensils and other kitchen ware was concerning. My husband and I, along with several of the other couples rent vacation homes throughout the year, and the kitchen cabinets and drawers are organized and thoughtfully labeled. All the bathrooms didn’t have towels and again the house cleaning service omitted required dusting of all the rooms. As a future upgrade, mattress foam toppers would be a great addition, so that your guest sleep well and feel at home while enjoying their vacation. I’d also have someone Inspect the water pressure and fire place often. Please know all of our critiques and grievances are coming from consistent Travelers.

We are so happy we found your listing. We had a great experience. The Sea Palace is beautiful and so spacious. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and it was very clean. The kitchen and living areas were huge. We loved the location.

Nice home

Loved the home. There were some areas that could have been kept up better like the staircase has air vent leuvers that are dangerous, no handle on the second refrigerator and some other things. The common areas were lovely for large groups.

Beautiful sunsets from Isle of Palms

A unique property with 10 bedrooms and enough seats at the table for a crowd. Large pantry, extra refrigerators, ice maker and a truly stocked kitchen were all appreciated. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful views of the sunsets from the rooftop lookout.
