"Unfortunately, we never received the check-in information regarding the cabin. We’re staying in ahead of time, but we figured it out on our own when I try to contact the owner. Their information wasn’t on the Expedia website cabinet was clean but needs some updating, but this area is very beautiful. "The stay at the cottages was extremely comfortable, with a stream running by and moutains you can relax at this place. They had good wifi connection and when reached out for help, the person on-line was helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Overall it was a really nice place to stay. There was a bit of confusion when we first arrived about whether or not we were booked to stay there, and this slightly delayed our check-in. The general area is beautiful and everything in Húsavík is within easy walking distance. Our biggest complaint was that the curtains didn’t block out the light as well as other places we stayed, so it was harder to sleep. Apart from that minor issue it was very nice."

"Very small intimate cabin - hubby bumped his head due to the low overhead space leading up the stairs. We had an issue due to the unseasonably warm weather but when we contacted the owners they were very responsive and helpful. Overall a very nice stay!"

"This was such a comfortable place to stay for two nights. It was close enough to town that we could get the grocery, and restaurants. We liked that it had a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a wash and dryer. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend this property to other families. "
