SPECIAL CLEANING w. DISINFECTANT SPRAY IN EFFECT.
Our cleaners are also using medical strength disinfectants to spray all surfaces prior to your arrival. Please look at our reviews for our other properties and this one. As you may notice, we have always provided one of the cleanest facilities for the guests and we are now taking the extra cleaning steps to ensure COVID-19 doesn't affect our guests.


Beautiful cabin built in 2017 with 2 floors & 4 bedrooms (4th room is a loft) with views of Tetons and the Rockies on more than 1.5 acre of land, very close to Yellowstone National Park (only 30 miles). Cabin is equipped with a hot tub. You also have access to the garage & a porch area for BBQing & enjoying the outdoors. Inside you have many amenities to entertain your group, including TV, games, & more. As your hosts, we are committed to ensuring you have a memorable vacation. RVs are welcomed.

Space:
Get off the beaten track and enjoy your vacation at our home away from home. Our cabin is on more than an acre of land. You will have amazing views of the Tetons and you can breathe the fresh mountain air and enjoy the privacy and tranquility of being completely surrounded by nature. With room for 12 guests, this cabin is the prefect getaway for families and larger groups. Four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a large kitchen and dining area, provide plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining, as well as comfortable sleeping arrangement and no lines for the shower! We have included all the amenities and comforts you would find at home including a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV, Wi-fi, comfortable beds, laundry room with washer and dryer, and outdoor space for dining and entertaining. As a bonus you can enjoy your evenings under the stars around a campfire. We are 32 miles from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, one of the most amazing National Parks, and close to many other attractions in Island Park. Enjoy your vacation at our cabin!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces for dining and entertaining. There is a spacious and fully stocked kitchen for cooking, as well as a large porch with a BBQ. There is a common area, a living and dining room downstairs and a loft and two bedroom upstairs.

We have been Airbnb super host for years now and we love to share the beauty of Island Park and Yellowstone National Park with others. We always do our utmost best to make sure our guests have the best experience possible, and our goal is to make our guests feel at home! We are always available to answer any questions or concerns and we love to share our knowledge, hints and tips about the area! We look forward to hosting you at our cabin!

Great location with mountain views on two sides. The house itself is very nice; beds were very comfy. House is fully stocked with enough linens, bed sheets, and kitchenware; really nice not having to lug that sort of stuff along for the trip. Communication with the owner was extremely good with helpful information regarding the area and things to do while staying at the property.Overall location is great with things to do around Island Park and a short drive to Yellowstone (30 min away). Also, there are hiking trails to explore at the nearby National Forest campgrounds.We definitely would book this property again!

Great Getaway Cabin

We had a wonderful experience. The host was very informative about the local area, providing a wealth of recommendations for places to visit, dining options, and upcoming events. Communication was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. The only issue was the ongoing roadwork approximately a mile from the property. Fortunately, our SUV allowed us to navigate the muddy and uneven conditions more easily; however, we understand that other vehicles may have encountered difficulties. ***Please note that this situation is entirely outside of the host's control. We simply wanted to make others aware of the current conditions.****

Great Cabin

This cabin worked well for us on our snowmobile trip. 6 adults. The garage can hold 7-8 snowmobiles. The driveway was big enough for 2 large enclosed trailers.

It was my 59th stay in island park for snowmobiling, we have stayed at a lot of different places and unfortunately with the stove problems we had and the worst snow removal company in island park I would never stay here again. Great communication up till we had a problem then crickets. Sorry but I won’t be back

Fall UTV ride

We came to Island Park for a fall UTV ride. The house was perfect for two couples. The circle driveway was great for trailer parking and access to the garage was a plus. The house had everything that we needed. Thank you Chris for hosting us.

Knowing that some issues are out of the owners control ie: wall heater in the living room broken,was on upon our arrival the house was like an oven (cleaners should have notified someone). We had to turn the heater breaker off. The septic backed up into the downstairs shower after a shower was taken in the upstairs bathroom, requiring a plumber to be called out. The house was clean however for your guests who cook know this: For a house that sleeps 12, there were only 4 coffee cups & 2 glasses,there are 6 beer mugs but are heavy & not practical, large amount of forks but only 3 small spoons & 2 butter knives. Numerous chips in the plates & bowls.Cuisinart cookware is nice however was dirty, had to wash before using. The large stove burner does not work & the ONLY potholder was burnt & dirty. You may want to add a large pitcher for tea/other drinks. The table chairs are nasty; placed towels over them before sitting. The light in the living was broken & we are still waiting on that DVD player, which was advertised but not provided. Have pictures/videos to prove it all, sent a video of us cleaning up the water backup. Also the front door only opens with the code, could not get it to lock. Luckily we are a very resourceful group. Maybe instead of sending numerous long emails about what to do/not do, suggestions, etc; put everything in a binder, every other place we stay does that. Also stop asking, in an email, for a 5 star review if you cannot provide a 5 star stay.

Livingston/Hofmann Trip 2024

Our cabin was very accommodating for our family, and this was our first trip to Yellowstone. We all enjoyed all the beautiful sights and coming back to cabin and grilling and sitting by the fire pit. The kids liked that they had their own beds. It would be nice to have a tv upstairs in a bedroom for the second couple. I would recommend staying here. Nice Cabin!❤️

March 2024 Snowmobile trip

7 of us stayed here while Backcountry snowmobiling. Everything about the place worked perfect for what we needed. The garage was a huge bonus for working on sleds. And the hottub was very nice to have.

Perfect if you want plenty of room and privacy!

We had 4 adults and two kids on our family vacation and this home was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room to spread out after a long day of fun in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. We also really enjoyed the use of the hot tub at the end of each day. The house is far enough away from everything that you feel like you have some privacy, but we didn't feel like anything we needed was too far away when we needed it (gas/groceries/etc). Check in was simple and we very much appreciated the easy check-out process as we had an extremely early flight on check-out day (short simple list of items to complete before leaving the house unlike some of the more complex lists of to-dos we've seen in other rentals). Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you again for hosting our family for our vacation!

Great stay in Island Park

The cabin was perfect for two young families getting together to enjoy Island Park. The cabin was very clean, check in was a breeze, and the location was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and the great views of the Tetons from the property! We also appreciated having access to the garage. Would stay again!

Great property in peaceful setting

We had a great stay at this property. The hot tub was a great perk to help us relax after busy days in Yellowstone. Plenty of room for our party of 9. Our only wish would have been for some grass for the kids to have played outside more. A lot of things to explore right in Island Park if you want to take a break from Yellowstone. Big Springs Park, ATV trails and Sawtelle Peak were highlights for the whole family!

Scenic and Spacious property!

This home was perfect for our retreat when coming home from long Yellowstone or Big Sky days. We even met some local residents who were very friendly and welcoming. The house was perfectly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere and the electric heaters warm the place up so nicely. The big dining table is great for playing games and the living room is very cozy. The hot tub was hot and ready for us as soon as we got there. We couldn't use the fire pit because it was buried under 5 feet of snow due a heavy snowfall the week prior. The views from this place are to die for! There are neighbors visible but not too close. I did really appreciate that all we had to do was wash our dishes before leaving! That made a big difference. Cleaning service took care of trash and bedding, so we didn't have to worry about stripping the beds or taking out the trash. That's very rare for a VRBO rental! Overall a great place and I'd definitely stay again.
