The Space:

Welcome to Villa Sol - Isla Mujeres!



- Bedrooms:

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV, an ensuite full bathroom, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV, an ensuite full bathroom, and a wardrobe.



- Bathrooms:

Two full bathrooms, one in each bedroom, plus a half bathroom near the pool area.



- Kitchen and breakfast bar:

The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals, and the breakfast bar seats up to 5 for a cozy dining experience.



- Living room:

The living room has a sofa that converts into a sofa bed for an extra sleeping spot, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Sliding doors open directly onto the terrace and shared pool area.



- Terrace:

Enjoy the Caribbean breeze from the terrace with outdoor seating for up to 6, with breathtaking sea views.



- Outdoor and common areas:

Relax by the shared swimming pool, enjoy the sun loungers, and make use of the outdoor shower and half bathroom.



Note: the swimming pool and pool-area facilities are shared with the neighboring villa (Villa Luna). To keep a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere, parties and loud noise or music are not permitted at night. Thank you for your cooperation.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to your villa (Villa Sol), as well as the terrace and outdoor furniture that belong to it. Please note the swimming pool is shared with the neighboring villa (Villa Luna). Enjoy your stay!

Getting Around:

Villa Sol offers easy access to Isla Mujeres. To get here, take a taxi or bus from Cancun Airport to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal. The passenger ferry from Cancun takes about 20 minutes, and once on the island, taxis and golf carts are the most common ways to get around.



Please note the villa does not have private parking, but street parking is available. The property is just a few minutes' walk from the beach.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.



You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and small wildlife during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help avoid this, do not leave food uncovered outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. Additional cleaning or amenity refills during your stay are available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C, as this can affect its operation.
