Located in highly desired area of Punta Sur and only steps away from Garrafón de Castilla Beach Club, this custom luxurious home is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of all the different shades of turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Ocean, breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop and views of the Cancun skyline. Whether enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon margarita or an evening glass of wine, the views are spectacular and best on the island.

Isla Mujeres is only 4 miles long and is easily accessible by renting a golf cart. There is a small beach club, Garrafon de Castilla, steps out your front door and a local path to snorkel in the gorgeous water any time you would like.

With bars and restaurants on the south end, there really isn't much reason to need to go to town other than the hustle and bustle of night life, shopping and mingling with other tourists and locals.

Our home has recently been renovated and just finished construction of rooftop entertaining areas including a sky bar with refrigerator, sink, etc. Home has been remodeled with beautiful custom furniture and offers daily housekeeping (except for Sundays & Holidays) and concierge services available to you.

We enjoyed our first stay so much that we came back—and it did not disappoint! The property was just as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained as we remembered. Communication was smooth, and everything made for a relaxing, stress-free visit. It’s rare to find a place that feels this reliable and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again!

This was an ideal property for our group. 3 bedrooms all ensuite baths plus individual climate controls was perfect. A great spot for watching sunset from the top deck. We also enjoyed the pool and pool deck. Checkin was easy and the guacamole and salsa was a wonderful touch, beautifully presented. Daily housekeeping is a plus, most VRBO's don't have this. We appreciated being on the south end of the island where it is quieter. It is an easy walk to Punta Sur. The music from the joint was okay and they stopped no later than 9pm. Sometimes there was competing music from boats which was slightly annoying but comes with the location close to the water. Stacy the local contact was very responsive to any requests.

This home is awesome. All en-suite bathrooms and they are spacious & well appointed. The half bath is well stocked with sunscreen (because we all always forget it!). The bedrooms are huge. Balconies have beautiful views…watching the sunset between the buildings in Cancun was a highlight. Beds are comfortable & there are plenty of pillows. The AC systems will freeze you if you so choose. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a grill on the patio. There is no dishwasher, but there is daily maid service & she did any leftover cleanup. Our young adult children loved the pool and the party deck on the 4th floor. We hope to come & stay again!!!

House was clean, fresh linens in all bathrooms, bedrooms with bathroom suites are major plus for couples! Kitchen has what you need and if not the Property Manager staff are quick to answer and handle any of your needs. Would go back and stay at Casa Del Sol Naciente!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Sol Naciente! The views from the house were amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The homemade guacamole at check in was a nice touch. The music from the Joint could be heard while outside at the pool or on the rooftop terrace, but it wasn't too loud and we enjoyed it. The pillows were very hard so I would suggest bringing your own like I did, but everything was excellent other than that.As for the location, it is nice and quiet on the south side. There are several restaurants and a very small bodega that are within walking distance. Garrafon de Castilla Beach Club is right in front of the house, and Kin Ha is about a 10 minute walk. It is only a 15 minute walk down to the southern most point of Punta Sur, and it is a great place to watch the sunrise. The sunset view is excellent right from the house. It is easy to catch a taxi or the bus right in front of the Joint, so a golf cart or car is not necessary for getting to the north side.

Great place! Pictures were not accurate. In the pictures, the rooftop area had pads on the couches. In reality there were no pads and the couches were concrete, so we didn’t spend time up there at all. The beds are quite hard. The listing makes it sound like you have access to a washer/dryer, however you don’t. The maid will do your laundry for you.Great location. Walked to The Joint for breakfast and ate at the other restaurants on the road. We also took the bus into the North end. Taxis are easily available on the road.Went to the beach club in front of the house. Cheap and accessible, can come and go throughout the day.. Club Garrafon De Castillo.

Great Vacation Home

This is a very nice home with functional amenities. We have stayed at other properties on the island and the simple things such as Air conditioning, toilets, clean pool have been a problem. Not with this house. Everything worked exceptionally well.

Great Location and Nice Views

This is a great location on the south end!House layout is good--master suite a few steps up from main living room/kitchen/pool level (no view of water). Upper level has master suite (water view) and 2nd bedroom with double beds. Rooftop with water views and added benefit of hearing music from the Joint makes that a perfect place to hang out in the afternoon. We liked having the multiple levels to spread out...felt like home. This means many steps so it might not be ideal for elderly or less mobile people.As noted, this property is attached to another property and the the two pool are separated with some bushes.We have stayed at all the properties next to Punta Sur park...the newer homes are 5 star. I did not rate this as 5 start because it is an older property.We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

The lead up to the vacation was met eith prompt responses from the property owner with various directions to give cab drivers information on how to find the house. When we arrived at the house, Stacy, the property manager was extremely helpful with the information about the house. She gave us her cell number if anything was needed during the stay. The fresh guac and pico wad a nice touwell. e. The accomodations were as advertised and the host was very responsive throughout the enetire stay. Id recomend over and over again.

Spring Break

We have been traveling with a group of our high school friends with all of our kids for Spring Break for over 25 years. What started out as a group of 18 is now down to 10. This house was perfect for 3 couples and a teen. Beautiful house with amazing views! One of our favorite trips so far. Communication with property owner was very good and our house keeper was AMAZING! She made us delicious Salsa and Guacamole to welcome us! We will hopefully be back and would definitely rent this house again.

Property had everything we needed. We loved the location - really nice having the Joint right behind the property. We had a great vacation and found Stacy and Monica to be responsive and friendly. We would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend this property to friends. Views and amenities were great!We also truly loved Isla Mujeres there were a few minor things that I am sure was just timing and will be resolved soon.*refrigerator in the kitchen was not working - so a smaller refrigerator was placed in the living room for our use while they were waiting to have the main refrigerator repaired. worked out ok, but a little inconvenient. *TV in master bedroom didn't work, *Took us a while to figure out how to get water in the showers - they would start and then completely stop - had to get out leaving the shower on and run the sink faucet until the shower started again. once we figured out how to make it work it wasn't a problem. Might be good to show future tenants how to do this.Again, the items I mentioned are minor and did not detract from a fantastic vacation - and we absolutely loved our stay and the property and recommend it to others.Thanks for a great time and for sharing your home.

Lovely Getaway

We loved the house. It had everything we needed. The Southend of the island was such a beautiful place to stay. We had amazing restaurants nearby and could walk to beach clubs, restaurants and coffee!

Great location

We loved most everything about our stay! Being right across from the joint was awesome! We didn't have one bad meal/experience at the joint for meals, drinks or entertainment. The only thing that would have been helpful to plan for is it is advertised as having a washer and dryer but you a actually can't use it. The housekeeper Monica has to do it for you. She did a lovely job, it just wasn't what I was expecting. But I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Property

We had the pleasure of spending 9 days at this property, and we truly loved every moment of our stay. The house is stunning—immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities were exactly as described, with a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and convenient maid and laundry services. We even submitted a grocery list before our arrival, and it was waiting for us when we got there, which was a nice touch. Although The Joint is located just across the road, the live music didn't bother us at all, and they wrapped up each night early. We had an amazing time here and would definitely love to return!
