DELUXE GROUND FLOOR CONDO with entry from the lush tropical garden front patio or the private hallway. Merely steps away from one of Mexico's most famous beaches 'Playa Norte' with its unique white marl sand and spectacularly clear caribbean waters.

It's easy to get here. Most world airlines offer service to Cancun which is only a short distance from Isla Mujeres via a high speed luxury catamaran which has scheduled service every half hour.

This luxury condo is on the Northwest tip of the island which makes for unforgettable sunsets while dining at the onsite 'Sunset Grill'. It is such a romantic setting that couples come from all over the globe to have their wedding vows celebrated here. And while the azure blue ocean beckons for snorkeling or casual swimming, the Nautibeach pool with swim up bar is the choice for many.

Our guests might be seeking a 'muy tranquilo' vacation for romantic couples. Or a safe family friendly environment. Or they enjoy shopping in quaint mexican markets. Or simply mindlessly wandering thru the cheerfully multicolored town in their flipflops. For all of these, Isla mujeres is where your vacation dreams come true.

The condo with its 'Mexican Beach Decor' interior has two bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed with the master bedroom having a king sized bed with patio access via a sliding glass door.

The patio overlooks Isla Mujeres' nicest signature tropical garden with a walkway leading to the 'Sunset Grill' and adjacent large pool with lounge chairs and pool bar. The Playa Norte with its brilliantly hewed crystalline water is accessible from any direction with beach chairs plus umbrellas available to guests.

The town of Isla Mujeres is a short two minute walk down a sand street. Strolling through an unforgettable contrast in architecture and the use of color, you will find over twenty cafe style restaurants of every culinary persuasion.

There are several local grocery stores another few steps down the street for those who wish to cook for themselves. As well as golf cart rentals, moped rentals, bicycle rentals, surfboard rentals and much much more. You can get your scuba diving certification while you are here or take the bus to the mayan ruins in the interior of the Yucatan.

Or just simply relax on the patio of your condo enoying the remarkable stroke of luck that brought you to this wonderful place.

This 'Nautibeach deluxe ground floor condo is individually owned and operated. And is not part of any owners rental pool.

I know some said they had a problem finding it, I did research and had no problem finding it., great location and having the pool and spot in front for the beach makes it perfect. The place itself is super cute. And everything is walkable, which we did, rented a cart for 1 day. But definitely will be back.

We spent a wonderful week in Nautibeach. The location of the condo is excellent. It is just a few steps from the beautiful Playa Norte beach, restaurants, and entertainment, but far enough to keep the noise away. The condo was comfortable for our family of 4; ground floor location was very convenient. Would definitively visit again.

The perfect location for beach, poolside, restaurant, beach club, walking to anything on Hidalgo, from the ferry. It was the end of the slow season and had the perfect amount of people, I’m sure it gets noisy, crazy, and crowded in high season, so if you need quiet time or have young families, I suggest you stick to the slow season. Excellent, attentive bi-lingual staff are always gracious, friendly, and ready to assist you with anything you need. I would stay here over and over!!

Location is right on north beach! Just a few steps from the beach was our condo. Quite and clean really close to all the activities you may want to enjoy. I was actually looking to book a second trip but was unable to book because the condo was booked already. Whole stay was great I look forward to coming back

Wonderful stay once we got there. However we had a hard time finding it. When we gave our address to golf cart driver, he said the street was the Main Street on the island and not sure of location. We stopped at several places as we headed north Finally i noticed Nautical Beach Resort as name of place and not just the address. Da!! Suggestion: let guests know it is at the very end of the street, where it dead ends. Ended up loving the location!!

I loved being right by the pool and the beach. Everyone at Nautibeach Condo was very nice from property manager Flori, bartender at the pool bar and the guard who always greeted us. Staying here reminded me of my childhood. The condo itself was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Having one bathroom for six people was a little challenging. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Property was on the 1st floor, which made it super convenient to go in and out for the beach, pool, on-site beach restaurant/bar, or to jump in the golf cart to go explore the town. Plenty of water was supplied along with coffee, creamer, and sugar. We had maid service every other day but could have had every day if we wanted to. We loved that this property had its own private beach area. We never had a problem getting loungers and umbrellas on the beach and the restaurant/bar onsite staff brought us pina coladas of other drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

We were staying here because of a music festival. I had been to the festival before so I was familiar with Nautibeach. Keith was very detailed in his emails. We used his recommendation for a shuttle from the airport and even referred our friends. When my friend replaced the water cooler bottle, it started to leak and maintenance was able to come by quickly to check it out. We enjoyed being on the first floor and being able to get to the pool, beach, and our golf cart quickly. The place was lovely. My friend and husband enjoyed the coffee available. There was a bit of a miscommunication about checkin. We were coming early and we called to make sure that was OK-- we were told it was prepared. And when we got there, it was not ready. There were also dirty sheets under the TV and I pointed it out to the maids but they just closed it later and didn't do anything about it. Overall, a great stay, great location and so much fun with our friends from the festival.

This property was nothing short of being the Best place to stay on Isla Mujeres for 4 guests. The Property was clean, the staff were amazing and the host was terrific. If you want to stay here or at any other property at Nauti Beach you must book well in advance you can see all properties at isladreams*com. We will be back!

The apartment was clean, the beds we’re comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was perfect because we could walk out our door to the pool and or beach, and it was a short stroll to grocery store, cash machine, golf cart rental, or whatever we needed. A great place to experience Isla Mujeres.
