"The staff at the Hampton Inn Woburn were GREAT. I was greatly disappointed with Expedia’s service. I paid for the ability to change my reservation but when I attempted to shorten my stay from 4 nights to 3, Expedia would not assist me. My husband & I, age 72, in town for a funeral did not have any impact on assisting our request🤔. "

"The staff is not receptive to when things go wrong. The young lady that checked me in was excellent so was the maintenance person. Once checked in calling downstairs after that is near impossible. I had a heating issue around 10:00pm and called downstairs four times and no one answered, not sure if they have someone 24/7. The bathroom didn’t have wash or bath gel had to wait 30 minutes only to have two of the same, I didn’t mind because the women was lovely, she left me with a bar of soap...

"Great room, clean and comfortable, great breakfast option. About 10-15min drive from Boston depending on traffic. Nice size pool ( 6 people were swimming comfortably).Breakfast option was good. Definitely would recommend "

"Staff was so friendly!! The breakfast was also great, so many options. Pool and gym was closed when i was there which was a bummer. The room also had wear and tear, overall it was a pretty good hotel! "
