Very disappointing experience overall
The key card system worked inconsistently, and when I went to reception because my key didn’t work, I was scolded and publicly embarrassed by a staff member (I believe his name was Jose). He raised his voice in front of other guests and staff, blaming me for keeping the card near my cellphone — something that was never communicated to me at any point. I found his behavior extremely rude and unprofessional.
The hotel advertises 24-hour room service, but this is misleading. They do not provide room service during the restaurant’s lunch hours (11am–2pm), and when I called after 2pm, I was told the kitchen was being cleaned and room service was unavailable. On top of that, both the restaurant and room service were closed on a holiday, which is completely unacceptable based on what is being advertised.
The property itself is outdated. The TVs are old, not smart TVs, and the resolution is very poor. I asked for the manager multiple times, but she was never available or present.
Paid parking is another downside.
Overall, a very disappointing stay and not what I expected at
