Laurentis Villa - Architect home with 180° sea views and a path to a wild beach

Built in 2018, the Villa Laurentis is an architect home facing South with breathtaking uninterrupted sea views. Designed to prioritize privacy and space, it is located in a secluded yet accessible part of the island, offering peace and tranquility, but close (5 min drive) to the lively village of Ios.

The villa is an elegant Cycladic yet modern house with independent rooms built like bungalows.
It comprises a big outdoor living room, a large dining table, a 20m infinity pool, external showers, a sit around barbecue, and a path down to an isolated beach just minutes away.

The various terraces offer space and stunning panoramic views of the neighboring islands of Santorini and Sikinos, making it an ideal location to enjoy magnificent sunsets and moonrises every evening, to live in harmony with the elements, and bathe under the stars.

Be sure to try the outdoor showers around the house, there is nothing like cool water showers outside on a hot day. And for the night times staying in, you can relax inside the living room and watch a movie on the video-projector setup.

We have a few of our favorite games available too, like playing cards, backgammon or pétanque.
Also a small library with books in French, English and Greek for adults and kids.
A bunch of toys and accessories for the pool and the sea are available: masks, palms, snorkels, inflatables, swimming goggles, etc.. And poolside, you will find lounge chairs, pillow beds, couches, and hammocks.
