Under 30 minutes drive from Gaway and 5 minutes from Spiddal in Connemara Galway.
This comfortable entire Chalet is for rent with new completely refurbished bathroom.

Situated a convenient distance from Galway City but the area remains unspoilt, and beautiful with beautiful beaches 5 minutes walking distance.

This private comfortable residence is situated just a few minutes walk from glorious unspoilt beaches of Connemara on the Wild Atlantic Way and a short drive from Galway City.

The Chalet is in a safe location (Google Maps : Loughaunbeg) just off the main road with its own entrance and parking area.
It comprises of two bedrooms -one double and one with two single beds. One bathroom with a Mira electric shower, living room with TV, games etc. Kitchen/dining room is fully equipped including microwave oven, Miele Washer/dryer and fridge/freezer.
Lovely garden area with outdoor tables and chairs provided in different areas to make the most of the south facing garden.

The Chalet is in an ideal location on the Wild Atlantic Way- just 5 minutes by car from Spiddal village and 2 minutes from Inverin village, less than 5 minutes walk to nearest pub and only 28 minutes drive to Galway City. Connemara airport and ferry to Aran Islands is just minutes away. Enjoy exploring the wild west with sea fishing, hiking, swimming etc.

Wonderful stay

Perfect location for nature, pubs, groceries, restaurants. Hosts were ultra friendly and helpful. We had alll we could possibly need. Highly recommend this comfy cottage!

Pretty place, great beach walks

Really nice two bedroom cottage Very clean and comfortable, and appreciated the coffee and treats! ten-minute walk to beaches going either direction with lots of birds, seals and great views of the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher across Galway Bay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

A Charming Stay at the Irish Chalet

Our recent two-night stay at the Irish chalet was truly a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming hosts made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful hostess basket filled with delicious baked goods and coffee, which was a perfect way to start our mornings.The accommodations were exceptionally well-appointed, combining comfort with a touch of Irish charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay cozy and enjoyable.Each morning, we took a leisurely walk to the nearby bay, soaking in the stunning scenery and crisp fresh air. One of the highlights of our walks was meeting Fred, the friendly neighborhood donkey. He was an absolute joy to say hello to!In the evening, we ventured to a nearby pub for a pint with the locals. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, allowing us to soak in the local culture and enjoy some great conversations.Overall, our stay at the Irish chalet was a memorable getaway filled with warmth, beauty, and delightful experiences. We would highly recommend this charming retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the heart of Ireland. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful Stay

We only stayed one night, but it was wonderful. It was nice and cozy. We made dinner at the chalet and it turned out great. The beach down the road was stunning and a must see if you stay here.

Perfect home for a visit to the Wild Atlantic Way

Perfect jump off to visit the west of Ireland. Lovely hosts who just make you feel.welcome. While the home is small, it is perfect for family of 3 adults and 1 child. Love the size of the bathroom and outdoor space is beautiful and calming. We will be visiting again.

Comfy house in great location

We loved our stay here. Super close to the ferry for the Aran Islands and a short drive into Galway. A great alternative to a hotel. Clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Excellent host and great communication.

Chalet correct mais mal situé

Le chalet est situé à quelques mètres d'une route à grande circulation. Il est propre mais les matelas sont très usés et inconfortables, l'équipement de la cuisine est sommaire (pas de ciseaux, manque de plats et saladiers, poêle à fond bombé etc). Les hôtes sont sympathiques même si ils ont fait visiter l'appartement pendant notre absence !
