"The property was clean and in a very convenient location. The pictures don’t really convey how tiny the room and shower is but that’s not a huge deal. My most pressing concern was the lack of response from the customer service number or from the message service. Our TV didn’t work, the code to the “game boxes” was incorrect, the fire pit was out of gas so it didn’t work, and the freezer was completely frozen up. I called numerous times and left messages as well as leaving messages on the app....

"There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. "A hotel that doesn’t have water is just dumb. Elevators still don’t work, the ceiling was all peeling. The only reason to stay here is the location is good "
