"Our room was clean and provided enough space for us. The staff were very prompt with bringing us our car when requested. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the hotel area at night, but no complaints regarding the hotel itself. I wouldn’t feel comfortable stay here again."

The hotel front desk made it happen for us, and offered us late check out beyond the regular times. Plus: Rooms is nice and the staff there are great ++++. Close to pretty much everything in downtown by walk or tram. Its super quiet on the 15 floor and you don't hear traffic or trams at all.
