Què li ha agradat: Neteja
Pros: great location in Interlaken and the staff is friendly. Parking is great (does cost money). The best part is the stunning view we had on our balcony overlooking the river and the surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean and the maid service was good.
Cons: the walls are very thin and I could hear the people above me stomping around until very late at night. Made it very hard to sleep. It’s an old hotel so nothing they can do. I eventually had to switch rooms in the hope the next people above me were quieter. The rooms are also very small and don’t have any touch of luxury. For the amount this hotel costs I was expecting better.
