Other things to note
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 3PM, and check-out is promptly by 10AM. If interested in early/ late check out, please message your host to ask about availability. If available early arrival/ departure cost $95 each.

POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat). There is a 2 day heating minimum due to energy and gas cost to heat large body of water.
- Spa heat only is $35/day with a 2 day minimum.

PETS
There is a $100 pet fee per pet (2 maximum).
