The hotel was right on the highway. The room was so loud and the service was so bad that I only stayed one of the two nights.
Specifically when checking in the younger woman was rude. She brought her dinner with her when she saw me waiting at the front desk. Apparently I was interrupting.
When I tried to checkout, the older woman at the front desk said I had to go thru Expedia. When I tried to go thru Expedia they directed me to Travel Guard.
The breakfast was good but anytime I had to communicate with staff it was unsatisfactory to say the least.
The checkout and refund experience was just as confusing and time consuming. I was in the lobby for 30 minutes and I couldn't even find a phone number to call.
