The best thing I can say about my hotel room was at least the sheets were clean and the bed looked well made..
This was my experience:
Waiting for 20+ minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When she did, the customer service was even good.
In addition they did not have the room ready on time. No real apology or attempt on accommodation, I was just told to wait..
When the room was ready, the TV was out of service and was never repaired my entire stay. The cabinet was pulled out from the wall.
The furniture was fairly worn. The bathroom tub was horribly discolored (yellow) and overall I felt the bathroom was not up to par.
The access doors (main and side) remained open all night, giving no real feeling of security.
If I had not prepaid and was not in the mood to argue for a refund, as well as only staying over one night, I would’ve canceled the reservation. Make sure they didn’t charge me and would’ve looked for something else.
I would advise looking at other hotels in the area, which there were plenty and maybe going for another location.
Never going back to this hotel chain. I’d rather pay a bit more and get better service and a cleaner room that has all the amenities functioning.
