Our experience started okay—the lobby looked nice. But once we got off the elevator, everything went downhill. The carpet was filthy and paint was peeling from the walls. When we got to the room assigned to us, there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Just as I was about to use my key, a hotel employee walked up and rudely asked what we were doing outside her room. We explained it was the number given to us by the front desk, and she snapped, “You need to go back downstairs. Somebody messed up.”
Back at the lobby, they gave us a different room. That one wasn’t much better—the fridge was dirty inside, the tub had grime, and there was a wad of hair over the drain. We were tired from traveling and decided to just clean it ourselves. The shower drained so slowly we were standing in water the whole time.
To make matters worse, our room keys stopped working every day, and we had to keep going to the front desk to get them reactivated.
On our last day, another guest mentioned the hotel was “supposed” to be remodeling. Honestly, I hope they do—but I won’t be coming back. Between the rude staff, dirty rooms, and constant key issues, this stay was nothing short of frustrating.
