The kitchen was great. Anything you would need was there to cook a meal or just have a snack. The table service was beautiful. The pool was fabulous! The temperature was perfect for us every time for a morning swim or night time. The water was so clear we just enjoyed sitting out by it even when not swimming. Totally relaxing.

July 4th get away

Impressive property

We were in the neighborhood for a graduation party, so a group of us stayed at the property. We found it to be very clean, well laid out, excellent kitchen facility that was extremely well stocked with pots and pans, serve ware, plenty of plates and bowls and even some spices, and parchment paper. The pool was also very nice and equally as well stocked with towels and floats.Would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Oasis for All

Pool temp was amazing - perfect for kids and adults. We asked if there was a crock pot; manager thought so but then went and BOUGHT one for our stay! Over and above customer service! Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach; plenty of seating and towels and linens; nicely decorated too! We hope to be back!!

Family vacation to the space coast

This is a great house for anyone traveling with children. We recently traveled to Florida with our baby and 3 yr old and this property has everything you could need - crib, stroller, beach amenities, and our favorite the pool and swing set. The house was very clean, the pool was the perfect temp and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous house

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to reply to any inquiries. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the pool was wonderful. We had 8 ladies in our group and we had enough space to be comfortable for the full week we stayed. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Family Reunion 2024

This was certainly one of the most perfect choices we have made for a weeklong family reunion. Maureen and Henri were exception hosts and deserve accolades for the effort they make to make sure everything exceeds expectations. The house and pool were spotless, the kitchen well appointed with everything you could ask for. We feel in love with Le French Restaurant in IHB, Indialantic Seafood Company and Coastal Crab in Melborne. Could not ask for more…Thank you!

Awesome beachside home!

Best pool we've ever had on vacation! The house was spotless, and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Maureen was a fantastic host, super responsive and friendly! We'd definitely stay here again! The house itself is spacious and bright. You can't beat the location. A close walk to the park, and great yard for kids or dogs. We loved the little dog-friendly touches!

Great Florida Stay with plenty of room and Chef’s kitchen!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental. The house was huge and there was plenty of room to spread out. We cooked here most nights and bypassed meals out to enjoy the pool and relax as a family. We would highly recommend for any family, friends or large group! Here are a few comments to help others with planning: 1. Location - fantastic. We were playing sports in Viera but needed to be close to family beachside. This was the best of both worlds. In addition, we walked our dog to Gleason Park every morning and it’s a great park with great walking trails and playgrounds. 2. Kitchen - It really did have everything. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Why eat out when you can enjoy the pool and family while preparing your meals?!?! 3. The pool was fabulous. We have a pool in our home but the kids definitely needed it to take a break from the Florida heat in August. We swam multiple times. The screened in porch is huge for keeping bugs at bay! Tons of poop toys and floats at the house. 4. Bedrooms - they were huge and the beds were spacious. We had a lot of room to spread out. It was quiet at night. Fans and a white noise machine were great to help the kids go to sleep. 5. Extras everywhere! From the speakers we could use to play music to the games and laundry. We were able to settle right in and relax. That is the goal when we stay at a rental and the extras were fantastic! Highly recommend and will be back again with our family!

Baseball Tournament Mini-Vacay

Great property and great owners. We had fun of what little time we weren't at the ballfields enjoying all amenities of the home including the pool! We got a few days at the beach and had a great time enjoying this home. Would stay again and again!

Softball/ Vacation

This was our second vacation stay in Florida for the softball world series. This time we got it right! Beautiful home with covered pool. Clean and inviting. Just minutes from the games and beach. Super great for a larger family

All of us felt really happy we chose this house and we want to make sure we will catch availabilty each time we come out to there. I had wife, mom in law, three kids, plenty room without feeling cramped, ultra clean and comfortable, very relaxing overall and the pictures actually do an injustice to what it is actually. Super great.

Clean and smelled nice upon entering. You would never think it is a dog friendly home. Loved the salt water pool. Plenty of amenities. Maureen and Henri truly care about their rental property and the environment.
