When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...

"There was construction - which is understandable and there’s wasn’t any noise that bothered me. But I stayed for 5 nights and not once did housekeeping come to my room. Not to bring towels or take out trash or anything. Was it the end of the world? No. Just be prepared to ask someone for those things if you’re going to want clean towels. There was also still trash in the one trash can when I got there."

"Beds were hard as hell. May as well been sleeping on a piece of plywood. Girlfriend and I both had back pain in the morning when we got up. Could barely sleep because of the beds. The TV remote and hair dryer were both sticky. God only knows what was on them. The room was dusty around fridge and could use a good dusting and cleaning in a few spots. Definitely won't be returning."

"We were only staying one night and there was 2 rooms. The beds were comfortable for one and hard for the other. The pillows were great, the continental breakfast lacked a few items and could be improved upon. They definitely need an elevator."

"Linda at front desk make our day the best my husband and i stay there because he have a amputation and Saturday dialysis ,our bathroom at home no finish yet so was few days for my husband only doing towel bath i noticed he getting to over thinking so i booked the room so he can take shower on Friday and Saturday he ho dialysis early moyfinish around time to chevk out he s he sweat a lot and a shower i ask linda to extend our check out and she did with out asking to much he was so happy to do...

"From check in to check out, the experience was amazing. Breakfasts was fresh with great options, and the hot tub was refreshing. The staffs were supper friendly and supportive. I'll definitely recommend this hotel and will be planning another stay with them. "

"Air conditioning didn’t work, no staff member was there at 2:15 pm when we arrived so we checked in at 9 pm. Realized at 10:30 A/C didn’t work but was too late to call anyone to fix. When we checked out the next morning no one was at front desk again."
