Best location in Brevard with quiet large clean beaches.

Did not have any problems with the place it was what they said it was beautiful views,town was a short walk away had beautiful sun rises in the morning and just a little walk down the street was beautiful sun sets at the river all and all I had a great time would do it again.

Wonderful!

Such a nice place to stay, with really convenient access to the beach. Very well stocked, super comfortable space, extremely kind hosts. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Had a wonderful week at this beachfront condo. Exactly as pictured. Beach chairs were great to have. Actually we spent all of our time at the beach shell hunting. Lots of awesome restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay. We would certainly come back !Catherine

Beach House Getaway

This was the perfect beach house getaway only steps from the back door to the ocean. Everything inside the home was perfectly clean and nicley decorated to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Oceanfront getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend at this lovely property. It was very close to the beach and the beach was beautiful. We were looking for a quite, relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got! The condo was close to shopping and restaurants. The highlight of our stay were the beautiful sunrise walks along the beach.

This was a great area and nice townhome right on the beach. I was disappointed that the fenced in area I saw in pictures was not fenced in. I thought that was misleading. Pics should be updated. Other than that, no complaints.

Townhome is a little weathered but great location — short walk to the beach. It’s in a section of Indialantic with a very long and quiet stretch of beach. Restaurants in main part of town are a short walk away. Neighborhood across the street was nice and safe for a leisurely bicycle ride. Joanie addressed minor concerns quickly.

Ocean, ocean, ocean!

My husband and I had such a great time at the condo that we've reserved it for next year. Lovely view of the ocean. Close to everything you'll need as far as places to eat, groceries, or odds and ends. Joanie was fabulous in answering questions. Would recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Place was very cute and private. Was able to see some of the ocean from the couch. I watched the sunrise every morning. Did have a lot of dump truck noise from the road but there is a lot of construction going on around area. All in all, we would stay again.

Christmas Holiday

The Surf Shack was great! The beach was a minute walk. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The mangroves were beautiful! (Half the fencing around patio was in garage, I’m sure from storm, if your planning on bring pets.)
