"Negatives: For the price I paid, I feel the rooms are very small, not much hangers for hanging clothes or towels. The lift is very small and inconvenient. The front desk staff has copies of the customer passports and Id's lying around on the counter which concerned me of potential identity theft. Positives: The staff was very courteous and helpful all the time."

"Found the service a bit lacking here. Staff seemed disinterested and it took forever to get check in done, with them seemingly wanting to do everything but check us in. The rooms were fine with a decent shower and comfy bed. Some road noise from the rooms that face out onto the street (ask for courtyard if you don't want this). Breakfast was good. The 'cafe' was nothing exciting though. It's not really a thing and it's advertised within the property. I thinkt hey will do you food but they don't...
