Peaceful Creekside Retreat with Pool Access, Family-Friendly

  • Our charming and well-maintained cabin is nestled in a a peaceful community surrounded by nature, with a tranquil creek flowing just below the deck. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops.

    Perfect for families and small groups, our two-story townhome accommodates up to six guests.

    The house is well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide all the essentials-kitchen basics, bedding, linens, towels, bathroom supplies, and laundry amenities-so you can pack light.

    The cabin offers plenty of entertainment for all ages, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a DVD player and movie library, board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360.

    Take advantage of the convenience of two reserved parking spaces right outside the front door.

    Guests have access to a heated shared swimming pool during the summer season, typically from June through Labor Day.

    Beach and pool supplies are also available for your convenience.

    DETAILED HOUSE LAYOUT:

    BEDROOMS (All Located Upstairs)
    • Master Bedroom: a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
    • Bedroom #2: a comfortable queen-size bed.
    • Bedroom #3: a twin-over-full bunk bed that offers flexible sleeping arrangements and accommodates both children and adults.

    A second full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combination.

    GROUND FLOOR:
    Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom with in-unit washer and dryer.
    The space also includes a dining table and a dedicated desk area, well-suited for remote work or studying.

    OUTDOOR SPACE:
    Enjoy peaceful year-round creek views from the deck-the perfect place to relax and recharge. Outdoor amenities include a table with chairs and umbrella, plus a Weber gas grill (charcoal grills are not permitted).

    TRAVELING WITH KIDS?
    We’ve thought of the little ones, too!
    We provide family-friendly essentials including stair gates, a portable playard with bassinet, high chair and booster seat, child-safe dishware, toys, games, and books.

    Please note the home does not have air conditioning; however, window and floor fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable.

    Smoking and pets are not permitted.

The best holiday accommodation we have ever had

Loved our little break here- we came to get some early skiing done- the house was perfect- The kitchen is so well stocked that we were able to make the meals we wanted.

Lovely

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Plenty of space. Everything we needed for a winter ski trip, and great proximity to diamond peak. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this place

We loved our stay and this location. We especially loved having coffee on the mornings on the back deck overlooking the creek. The cabin was well equipped, very clean and had appropriate child safety measures inside. We will book again!

Absolute tranquillity

This property was THE perfect Lake Tahoe getaway. Comfortable, cozy and truly perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! Absolutely amazing!! Olga was the perfect host. I will definitely be back.

Perfect home for family vacation

Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 5 to relax in as we enjoyed the snow during spring break! Home included just about everything you could need, including baby items--the gates were super helpful for the stairs:) It was magical seeing the snow fall out on the deck and hearing the creek run at the same time. Definitely want to come back in warmer weather!

The house was very clean and well furnished. Owner communicated very well and the property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful surprise when we arrived with a personalized note and treat waiting for us. Comfortable beds and we are already looking to book the same place for next year!

Peaceful Cabin

Was very family friendly with kids toys, the kids room, and the layout of the home. The amenities were well thought out, and it was really nice that there were some condiments in the kitchen for our use (sometimes it really is the little things) The home was clean and our toddler loved being on the back deck getting to see and hear the creek.

Lovely place for family vacation

The hosts were extremely helpful with communication. The place was great for a family, and had safety gates on the stairway which were perfect for us traveling with our toddler grandson. They easily accommodated us arriving a couple hours before check-in time, since the place was already cleaned and ready, which was much appreciated. Great location, beautiful sound of the stream in the backyard. Would definitely book here again!

Convenient location in Incline Village

Nicely placed in an isolated cul-de-sac with a raging river behind it. Very easy to find every thing in the house, which stayed cool even when it was hot outside. Facilities like the pool and laundry machine was much appreciated. Host was really easy to communicate with.

Perfect accommodation for our needs!

Having the creek outside was serene and a great noise buffer from neighbors (couldn’t hear anything). We ate all meals on the patio and loved being surrounded by nature. Well stocked house for young kids and they loved the pool and grassy area out front. Appreciate being able to use the private beach pass once too. Olga was super responsive and very helpful! Would definitely go back!

Just as Listed

I booked this for my family and found it to be the perfect place for the four of us. The condo was really well taken care of and just as pictured. It really seemed like the property managers had though of everything. The binder they provide is very thorough and super helpful for anything from local hiking trails to how ro work the thermostat. Overall I have to say that it was a pleasant experience and would totally recommend to anyone looking for a quiet mountain getaway,

Wonderful deck

Enjoyed our time spent at the property and in the area. The creek running behind the property was wonderful sitting on the deck and listening to. Property was well equipped and a minor problem was attended to immediately. We left early only because of Hurricane Hilary and we felt we needed to get home prior to it hitting. We made it just in time.

Clean, Peaceful & Convenient

I visited Olga's place with my parents, and my mom, who is notoriously picky, absolutely loved the place and thought it was immaculate. Our favorite feature was the creek running in the back (best spot to have your coffee in the morning) and I appreciated that it was a 10-minute drive or less to groceries, several hikes, and Sand Harbor Beach. The proximity to Sand Harbor means that you'll have the best chance of getting a parking spot early in the morning! We didn't have kids with us, but the home is filled with everything you could think of to entertain people of all ages from video games, movies, and toys. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.
