Adorable condo located in the prestigious Incline Village McCloud complex. The home features 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people comfortably with a large living space, master suite, and remodeled kitchen. The complex is landscaped and has a community hot tub just steps away plus you will be within walking distance to the lake, about 5 minutes away. You are also just steps away from the Hyatt Casino and only 5 minutes drive to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Perfect place for the family!

Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village, community pools, and hot tubs are only open for homeowners and full-time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.

great location. this property is comfortable but is. NOT recommended for unsteady ambulators down the walkways to the unit. Need hand soap in both bathrooms and more than 2 wash cloths for a unit that sleeps 4. Well stocked kitchen. Freezer shelf was broken, dirty. We were able to use it by flipping it upside down.

Would appreciate more info on restaurants & things to do & map of spa in the unit. The bathmat in master bath was not clean & when i pulled it up it was very wet underneath. We had issue with fireplace as flue was still closed & smelled gas. Maintenance came & need directions on this in unit

Very nice condo

My husband and I had stayed in this unit before. This time, we stayed for 11 nights in this very nice condo. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The deck (with a gas grill) is mostly private and is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, an evening beverage, or just relaxing in peaceful surroundings. (A plus: The lamps have bright enough bulbs to read by, unlike most other condos.) Check-in and check-out are easy. Hint: Take a short walk down Incline Way to a nice path through the forest for a pleasant walk to Lakeshore Blvd.

Great property, spacious, and responsive property management. We were not able to light fireplace due to a faulty hand held lighter. Contacted property management and text us within minutes. Had maintenance drop off a lighter while we were skiing.... Perfect?

This property was perfect! I love the location. You can easily walk to the Lake. The condo was fully stocked with items you may need, and the gift of wine and coffee was extra special. I will definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful Property

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. I like the location of the McCloud condos and this is the nicest one I've stayed in. It was very comfotable and well appointed. Communication with the property managers was really easy and they were very responsive. I'd definitely stay there again.

This is our second year staying at this beautiful condo, and we will be back again next Summer for our annual family reunion in Incline. The bedrooms are comfortable, everything is clean and peaceful, and well stocked with exactly what we need for a vacation rental. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Family trip

The property was clean and good location for us. A few notes. If not going to have air-conditioning, which is completely understandable, I would advise having overhead fans in bedrooms and living area. In July and August it gets really warm even when you open the windows. Guest bathroom shower. The knob for shower didn’t really work. The only option was to take a really cold shower or really hot shower so I would suggest having somebody come look at it.
