Sea view house with wifi, A/C in the 4 bedrooms and private parking space

Villa Sole is an independent house of 160 square meters, very bright with two terraces overlooking the sea and a garden of about 60 square meters equipped, barbecue area and uncovered parking space. Unique in its kind and positioned in a strategic area from its terrace, you can enjoy an incomparable view from the sea to the ancient village; in the evening, sipping a glass of wine, you can watch the lights come on like in a crib, you will fall in love with it.
The house is arranged entirely on one floor with living room overlooking the sea and garden, kitchen, entrance, n. 4 bedrooms (2 with sea view), n. 2 bathrooms. It was recently renovated in 2012, it has every appliance including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge etc ... and all the necessary equipment including linen.

N.B: groups of boys are only accepted if they pay a deposit of € 500.00 in cash at check-in.
The deposit WILL BE REFUND (by bank transfer, paypal or cash) the day after check-out after checking the house and NOT AT CHECK-OUT.

In the winter months, gas for heating is not included. At check in we will take a photo of the gas countator and ask a deposit for heating consumption of €200 which we will refund at check-out after checking the charges. Each cubic meter of gas costs €1.20.
The tourist tax is €2 per person for the first 10 days of overnight stay and must be paid in cash at check-in.

Wonderful view

We enjoyed the time in the Villa Sole very much. It was clean and the appartment has everything you need. The little garden was perfect for the toddlers we had with us. Specially wonderful was the view from the balcony over the city. The way down to the city or the beach is very steep but for healty persons easy to manage. Also possible for stroller.

Die Wohnung ist gross und sauber Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, die Pfannen können erneuert werden, es war aber alles da was Mann braucht. Badezimmer sind schon renovierungsbedürftig Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach und leider auch schon in die Jahre gekommen Das Highlight ist sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse Der Weg nach oben lohnt sich deshalb Ich glaube nicht, dass wir in dieses Haus wieder kommen werden

Toll für Familien

Das Haus ist gross uns sehr sauber. Susanna ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind und hatten super Platz. Zu Fuss hat man ca. 10 Minuten einen Aufstieg aber wir haben das auch super geschafft mit dem Kidnerwagen, und der Ausblick von dem Haus war die Mühe absolut wert. Lage ist auch super und nicht extrem touristisch.

Wir hatten sehr schöne zwei Ferien Wochen in Imperia! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Aussicht ein Traum! Die Gastgeberin Susanne ist sehr freundlich und gibt tolle Tips. Zu Fuss ist das Meer gut erreichbar, zürück geht es steil hinauf. Vielen Dank Susanne!!

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick über die Altstadt und den Hafen ,sehr nette und fürsorgliche Vermieterin.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen , die Vermieterin war fürsorglich, bei allen Problemen immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns aus dem eigenen Garten mit leckerem Gemüse versorgt. Auch mal selbst kochen war einfach, die Küche ist gut bestückt und beide Duschen funktionieren gut. Ideal war auch die Waschmaschine mit Schnellwaschgang. Die Einrichtung hatte viel italienischen Charme! Ein kleines Problem sind die Stechmücken, die Mitnahme beziehungsweise die Anschaffung eines Repellent ist zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus / Wohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht.

Wir haben einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumigen sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage oberhalb der Altstadt von Imperia ermöglicht einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen und die Altstadt. Man kann diesen von der großzugigen Terrasse jederzeit genießen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten mit Liegestühlen usw. Auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Der Garten ist mit hohen Hecken versehen, so dass von aussen keinen Einsicht möglich ist. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Parkplätze, was aufgrund der Enge auf der Zufahrtsstraße und rund um das Haus zwingend nötig ist. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 min zum Hafen und zu den Strandbädern gelaufen. Der Rückweg ist etwas anstrengend, da der Anstieg bis zum Haus schon recht steil ist. Aber für eine solch super Aussicht kann man das gut in Kauf nehmen. Die Vermieterin Susanna ist wirklich super nett und Hilfsbereit. Sie ist sofort da wenn man mal etwas braucht. Einfach ein perfekter Service. Wir können diese FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Fantastisch uitzicht over een levendige stad

Het appartement bestaat uit de begane grond van een vrijstaande villa bovenop een berg. De eigenaresse woont zelf op de bovenverdieping. Achter de woning staan een aantal appartementencomplexen. De woning is prettig en ruim. Vanaf het terras is een fantastisch uitzicht over de haven en de oude stad.

Three good weeks

Imperia is a lovely coastal town on the Ligurian coast not far from the French border. The regular sea breezes that Imperia enjoys, make for excellent sailing and natural cooling from the summer sun. Susanna house is situated 60 meters above the sea which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, harbor and town. I sit in the evening on the terrace reading my book, I pause and look up to see the emerald rolling sea approaching the shore. Susanna was a perfect hostess. She shared fresh delights from her vegetable garden, a bottle of local wine, and had many suggestions how to make the most out of our stay. We were a party of six, two adults and 4 teenagers. We enjoyed the stay immensely. The incline to reach the house was perfect to provide equilibrium between the beltline and trattorie visits. Grocery stores, fish monger, bakery store, and the harbor are all reachable by foot. A car would give you more choices. Thank you Susanna. Fino alla prossima volta, Lee

The flat has a marvelous view over Imperia and into the sea. With four bedrooms and two bathroms, plus kitchen, large front room and terrace is offer a lot of space. The host is very welcoming.

Schöne Stadtwohnung

Der Blick über Imperia und das Meer ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und riesig. Am Hafen mit seinen Bars und Restaurants, ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, aber zurück geht es dann schon sehr steil hoch. Nichts für Fußkranke. Die Umgebung bietet auch viel Sehenswertes. Die Vermieterin Susanna, ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allen ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Aussichtslage oberhalb Porto Maurizio

Schönes großes Objekt. Ansichtskarten-Blick über Porto Maurizio. Susanna ist eine herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Einziges Manko sind die Stechmücken die uns abends von der sonst herrlichen Terasse vertrieben haben.

Geweldig verblijf op een mooie plek met fantastisch uitzicht op Imperia en de zee

We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in het huis van Susanna in Imperia. Goede ontvangst in een zeer ruim huis waarin alles aanwezig is. Heerlijke bedden en een fijn terras waar je ‘s ochtends heerlijk kunt ontbijten. De eigengemaakte olijolie was heerlijk. Vanuit het huis loop je zo naar het fijne zandstrand. Prachtige omgeving met een mooi fietspad over de oude spoorlijn naar San Remo. En voor de liefhebbers de finale van Milaan-San Remo met de Cipressa en de Poggio.

Très grande maison avec jardin et très belle vue

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Susanna dans cette grande maison fonctionnelle et très propre. La terrasse avec la très belle vue sur Porto Maurizio est très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
