The apartment is entirely at your disposal—every corner designed for your comfort:

- Open-concept living room: double sofa bed (sleeps up to 4 people), flat-screen TV, and bright dining area.
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster—everything you need for a perfect Italian breakfast.
- Bedroom: quiet and air-conditioned, featuring a top-quality queen-size double bed, a spacious closet, and plenty of natural light.
- Modern bathroom with a shower, towels provided, and a complimentary shampoo and shower gel set.

The Tosa apartment has recently been completely renovated:
Electric shutters on the windows, induction cooktop, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in all main rooms... Everything here is designed for maximum comfort so you can enjoy a stay like no other.

Private reserved parking included (a parking space right in front of the entrance)—essential on weekends when competitions or events are taking place.

You have access to the entire apartment:
Living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and reserved parking. The building’s utility room is not accessible to guests.

The Tosa Apartment is located in the Autodromo area, in the heart of the Emilian Motor Valley. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with everything you need close by: a hardware store on the first floor of the building, bars and grocery stores just a few minutes’ walk away, and a bus stop right nearby to reach the historic center without taking the car.

The center of Imola is about 1.5 km away—a short bike ride or a five-minute drive—and it’s well worth a visit: the Rocca Sforzesca, Piazza Matteotti, and the traditional Emilian trattorias (tortellini, tagliatelle with meat sauce, piadina) are the best way to end the day.

For those who want to explore further, Bologna is 30 minutes away, Ravenna—with its Byzantine mosaics—is 40 minutes away, and Faenza—known for its ceramics—is 30 minutes away.

On weekends, the atmosphere often shifts due to events at the Autodromo: fans arrive from all over Europe, the roads around the racetrack come alive, and from the window you can already hear the roar of the engines during free practice.

When there are no events, the neighborhood returns to its quiet and authentic atmosphere—perfect for those looking for a comfortable base, away from the chaos of downtown, with guaranteed parking and everything ready to go.

For getting around, the apartment includes private parking—a definite advantage both on regular days and during events.

Those arriving by train will find Imola Station about a 10- to 15-minute walk or taxi ride away: it is on the Bologna-Rimini-Ancona line, with frequent regional trains that reach Bologna Centrale in about 25–30 minutes.

For those flying, the nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (~45 minutes by car), followed by Forlì (~40 minutes) and Rimini (~1 hour), both of which are also accessible by train.

Within the city, TPER city buses serve the main neighborhoods with five lines; tickets cost €1.50 when purchased in advance or €2.00 on board.

Check-in instructions will be sent before arrival (usually 1 day in advance). Check-in is exclusively online. No one will be there to welcome you in person, but this also means you can arrive at any time you like.
