"This is a fantastic hotel however it’s not quite 5 star yet. There are still some fundamental issues with sunbeds being reserved all day & no one working by the pools to clear them, also housekeeping standards and drinks in paper cups being served. 5 star means exceptional, this place is great but not exceptional. "Très bel établissement et personnel très, très accueillait. Un grand merci à Kiki pour sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions. L’accès direct à la mer est un plus. Très belle chambre. Juste un petit bémol me concernant : j’aurais préféré que les WC soient complètement fermés. Je recommande cet hôtel."

"Secured a room on short notice after original plans fell through and was happy with our stay. The pool and its view were wonderful. Breakfast was great and staff were kind. Decor was a bit outdated and the hotel is up a hill - otherwise, all good."

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is in a stunning location overlooking the beachfront and has many restaurants surrounded by it giving more options for trying local food spots. We went in May so the hotel wasn’t too busy but even when it started to get busy, staff were still very attentive to every detail, especially when it came to breakfast! "

Stayed in other Domes hotels and the Garden Retreat bathrooms are not up to standard. Little bit outdated. When we checked in the room was not clean as you would expect when you first enter the room. Dust and stains on tables, hairs on the floor in the bathroom and toilet and shelves was not clean. I cleaned it myself with desinfect wipes. Bed was very comfortable and waking up...

"Hotel was conveniently located for airport and close to restaurants/town. Room was airy and cool and bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink had no plug and location of shower over bath made it difficult to avoid spills of water onto tiled floor, which became very, very slippery. "

"Had a fantastic week, there’s at least 5 outside pools, all inclusive food - meals buffet style across main and beach restaurant, other options - pizza/pasta and sandwich bar. Wide range of drinks also all included… wine, beer, juices, fizzy drinks, water… pancakes and ice-creams favourite for our family!!! Long beach - loads of sun beds. Entertainment every day and night.. staff really friendly. "

"Nous avons passés 4 nuits dans cet hôtel ou nous avons reçu un superbe accueil. Notre chambre avait un balcon avec vue sur la piscine et le jardins (un petit coin de paradis au calme). Le personnel est très avenant et aux petits soins. Super buffet chaud / froid, sucré / salé pour le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel possède un grand parking gratuit sécurisé. L'hôtel est à environ 200 m de la plage mais ce n'est vraiment pas un problème. Du moins pour nous. L'arrêt de bus pour Corfou ville se trouve à 50...
