"Fantastic hotel with great staff, breakfast was always a pleasure with ample selections and different menu every day. Management and staff were always professional and friendly with any assistance that guest’s required. The rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping was done every second day. "Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! "

"La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica. A tre minuti a piedi da una spiaggia meravigliosa e a 10 dalla città principale. A due minuti, sempre a piedi, vi è la fermata dell'autobus che raggiungono oltre che la City, il porto e l'aeroporto anche tutte le principali spiagge dell'isola. Inoltre a due passi vi sono due/tre markets e sempre a due passi Ristoranti e taverne sul mare. In poche parole potete per qualche giorno dimenticare l'automobile."

"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. "The hotel was new, build to amazing standards. The pool and restaurant area were brilliant. When we arrived I had an issue with the fold out sofa bed for the children, when I asked about this the owner himself came to see us and nothing was too much trouble. After that he was the most gracious person. The hotel is amazing and reminded me of private members club quality. I wish them every success and we will definitely stay there any other time we visit Skopolos town!"
