"We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking."

"We arrived just after midnight. The staff were very couteous and helpful. There was a mix up with booking the free shuttle. I never received a confirmation or knew who to look for so ended up catching a taxi. Instead we received a free shuttle back to the airport before lunch. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and adequate, good shower. Breakfast was not included but we were able to have for mry38 each. "Le doy 3 estrellas porque la ubicación es muy buena y la ducha funcionaba y el baño estaba limpio. La habitación pudiera estar mucho mejor. Considero que con un poco de mantenimiento resolvería muchos de los problemas estéticos.
