"Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten...

"Caroline was a great host and easy to communicate with. Property is very close to Long Bay Resort (albeit, a bit uphill). Would 100% rent here again. "

"I would highly recommend this place. Every view is a postcard and looks better than the pictures online! The house was beautiful and was everything we were expecting and more. I can't say enough about how great it was to meet Saga and have him help us with so many things. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Tuna was a great addition as well! "If you are looking for a convenient, quiet location (except for the local rooster) that is literally a stone’s throw into the ocean then look no further. Communication with the owner and the property manager was super easy. Val (property manager) refused to let us schlep our bags up or down the stairs on our arrival and departure. He was easy to reach when there were any questions. Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was the cherry on the top!"

"This is undoubtably the perfect villa for a couple looking for peace and quiet and rest!! The house is ideal - well equipped and furnished, cool A/C, pool, and beautiful vegetation. The hot tub is UP the hill from the house and is like being in a tree house hot tub in a jungle. The hosts are very attentive and solved a couple of minor issues very promptly. Just can't say enough good stuff about this place. This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent Kerenza, and we'll be back again!!"

"The house was amazing and exactly as it was on the listing. You can't beat having a house with your own beach to just stroll right out into the crystal clear ocean. We rented a car so we could venture out and venture out we did. Smugglers cove was great for snorkeling as was Brewers Bay. "This property is perfect, so spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need! Beds are super comfy and host was really nice and responsive. Highly recommend! Please note you will need to be ok driving to beaches but they are super close (within 10 min)"
