"Great location, however, you could hear Karoke from the room. Window to our bathroom was broken and stuck open, let them know the first day and they never fixed it. Shower didn’t get hot most of the time and water had a bad smell. "

"Wasn’t thrilled. Although the staff was very kind and helpful our entire stay, the first night they didn’t have our room available so they had to put us in a smaller room and my friend had to sleep on a floor mattress. The bathrooms were dirty. Barely enough space for suitcases. The location is on a busy noisy street with music bumping till late at night. There was a mouse nesting in our room that the staff had to come catch. We rook a private boat tour and thankfully that made up for poor...
