Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! "For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "

"Do not buy this I repeat do not buy this, it is a scam. When I booked the apartment, I tried contacting the owner a day before check in and there was no response at all till the time of check in. "The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance. "Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...
