"Shuttle from airport and check in all great. Problem was, pillows were so big and hard we practically broke our necks. Had to make pillows out of towels. Please supply some softer, smaller pillows for those of us with bad spines. "

We very much enjoyed the breakfast with its many options. I suppose the only thing that was unexpected was the parking lot. It is a one-way entrance/exit and narrow. But really not an issue for our overall stay. "
