"The hotel is in a prime location , just few yards from exit 5 ( lift access) Shinsaibashi metro station. The hotel is clean, cosy and quiet . It provides the use of hotel pyjamas and other items for free. The water in the bathroom is purified as drinkable water. The roof is cosy, bathroom is nice"

"The rooms are small but good amenities and a helpful staff. Location is excellent as it is close to transportation (subway, train to airport) as well as popular sites. Plenty of dining and shopping around."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Very closed to Sannomiya station. I also found if going through the aeon supermarket building, the hotel was very closed to one of the entrances. It was so convenient to stay so I extended my stay twice. I also like the rooms I stayed in, they were both clean and quiet. "
