"Great sustainable hotel, the room was very clean and new. Staff is very friendly and amenities are great. Only minor issue is that when you enter the room you immediately enter the bathroom in order to get to the main room. Also the toilet lights tend to be quite dimmed and is shared with the shower lights. Not major issue, would definitely stay again!"

"Loved the hand held faucet in the shower in addition to the rain shower. Room was big and comfortable and the physical location of the Sandman was ideal being on the Trans Canada and only 2 blocks off Hwy 17 going to the airport, Butchart, etc. Would stay again"

"We had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus Inner Harbour. The room was very spacious and clean, decent-sized bathroom, extremely comfy beds and armchairs, spacious balcony. The breakfast was standard although the breakfast room was quite small for the size of the hotel. Superbly located within walking distance of the Legislative Assembly of BC and Fisherman's Wharf.
