"Well maintained property. We (three of us) stayed in a one-bedroom suite and the space was perfect for us. The rooms weee clean, with good amenities, and the staff was very helpful. TownePlace Suites and Spring Suites are adjoined (you check-in at Springfield and dine there as well). Overall, our stay was excellent and we will stay there again if our travels take us that way. "

"This property was a great bargain for the price. It was not fancy, but all of our needs were met. It was clean, quiet and comfortable plus had a basic, but decent breakfast. The staff were really nice and we would definitely stay there again. "

"First time staying here it’s a historical building. Great location downtown. The only real gripe I had was the beds are practically on the floor, so getting into bed and out of bed was kind of a pain in the ass The hotel staff were great(Caleb and my morning guy who I forgot his name) very accommodating helped me out with my stay"
