"The hotel staff is wonderful! Location is perfect for walking to the Wharf and Space Needle. Unfortunately the location is also filled with homeless people. There is a security guard at night and early morning."

People were complaining about missing flights and cruise connections, and the hotel was not doing anything to help the situation or apologize. ..."
