Great stay but room for improvement
"We had a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable and we found the staff were so accommodating. We had a drink at the rooftop terrace, I was cold and the staff offered me a blanket and turned the heaters on which was lovely! The breakfast was also fantastic! The only things we feel were lacking ..."

"I loved the spacious layout. what I didnt like was the service charge on the bill...when you pay for the room and have a meal for 4 in the restaurent, i object to having another £15 added to the bill...but its so close to my grandson, apart from that its a great place."
