"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it."

"It smelled like a zoo, I don’t know how they had such a high rating. Our bed cover was stained and the sheets irritated my skin to the point of giving me a rash. There was a dog in the room across from ours so we heard yapping all night and there was kibble in the hallway. There’s definitely residents who just live there. The AC is an ancient system that woke you up every time it jerked on. It will get you through 1 night and 1 night only."

"The rooms weren’t horrible but there seemed to be mold growing on the wall lamp right between the beds. The breakfast could have been better. The staff was great no issues there. The pool and hot tub were a very nice amenity."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very spacious. The pool was unique and kids had a blast. The swim-up bar was a wonderful feature for adults. The arcade was spectacular!"

"This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again.."

"The front desk lady was extremely rude. Didn’t tell us the children’s swim area was closed until we checked in when we had small children and didn’t offer to give us some of our money back. That’s the entire reason we went there!"
